Stuff like this ruined my chance at a self esteem. In Elementary, yes, elementary. Grade 2, I was called fat for the first time. Day after day, I was bullied because I don't look like other girls. I'm now in grade 8. And I have a developing eating disorder. I go days without eating because of them. People don't realize that what they have said, makes me unable to look in a mirror and feel happy.

My school had a zero tolerance on bullying, but I was bullied still. I skipped days of school because of being bullied and the abused I experienced at home. Yet the school suspended me for truancy (missing soooo many days of school) and they didn't ask why and when I even told them they didn't believe me. The following year I I switched to homeschooling and it was much better and the abuse stopped. Thought I'd share.

Not ALL Western Schools are like this (cause don't forget, America is a continent. So that includes Canada, the U.S and Mexico), my High School for example, doesn't have any tables for labels (e.g: jocks, cheerleaders, losers, scene kids,etc) you just sit wherever you want and no one else takes your seat. Other schools in America however, are much more violent and much more cruel.
In an ideal world, cliques would not exist at all. No "popular group", no so-called "loser group" or any of that nonsense, everyone would treat each other equally. This movie really proves that point.

Not ALL Western Schools are like this (cause don't forget, America is a continent. So that includes Canada, the U.S and Mexico), my High School for example, doesn't have any tables for labels (e.g: jocks, cheerleaders, losers, scene kids,etc) you just sit wherever you want and no one else takes your seat. Other schools in America however, are much more violent and much more cruel.

there is this girl in my class. at the beginning of the year , all she would ever tell me was that i was pretty. and then, we became best friends. and after that she would start fights with me about everything. she poisoned all my other friends against me too. i was as hurt as vanessa but i didnt take it so personally. im now fine and i found friends who really like me for who i am. even though that girl STILL bothers me, i dont let it get to me. thank gosh its not as bad a nikki vs van.!
