Congress SHOULD be the power that starts wars, as described in the constitution. However, bush has declared war without congressioal approval. That is illegal.

Richardson while head of Energy Dept "lost" so many files we no longer know who has the "knowledge". But media puts Gov. Richardson on a some sane person. I agree, congress has failed us. But the great thing about congress is that they only serve two years at a time. So anything they have done wrong or right is fresh in our minds when election time comes around.
