N the crash of that plane was not continental fault because that was continental express which was sold to a different company from continental but they never payed to have the planes repainted into there company name that's y it looks like it's still part of the airline but meanwhile it's not

its from the air conditioning system because of the different temperatures in and out side the cabin the air is colder then the cabin so there for it looks like smoke

Looks like the smoke was dissipating as the video went on. Had it been a true emergency, they would have evacuated. Appears that they were not inflight cuz u would hear the engines in the background. Also flight attendants would have instructed passengers to get down low and cover their faces with blankets, etc.

Before I looked at the description, I was like, what the heck, why didn't the masks drop??? This would have happened in a real life situation, if over 10,000 feet.

The masks wouldn't drop because the oxygen from them could fuel the fire. The masks would only drop if there was a decompression. Look up Valujet flight 592.
