Unbelievable, right after watching your video I managed to make it on a first try.

This was by far the hardest glide event for me...

Not possible on PC due to different height at which glide disables itself.

If you charge your jump about halfway to its full capacity you can have an easier time with this one, took about 5 tries to nail 1.3m with that tactic.

I kept crapping up, not being low down enough so kept going on top of the bridge or hitting it or whatever...

So I did it and crapped up and hit the bridge, but it didn't count as a land :D so I had slowed down loads and could aim better. 0.61!

Hooray I can leave this horrible glide thing.

Dude thank you so much. I watched others videos but this is the only method that worked. Got it on my first try :). Just that stupid to the west gliding one and them I only got 2 more events to platinum

OMFG!!!! DUDE, I TRIED OVER 30 TIMES, THE BEST I GOT WAS 2.10, THEN I GOT 2.01 AND IT GAVE IT TO ME!!! YAY! so basically the same, guys, timing that last glide is hell so you can also make it with a well timed dash, i went from the middle.

Yes! I got 1.17m from the target. Nice Guide, however I moved to the left at the start, ran, jumped and immediately glided. Once I got over the tracks, I dropped a little bit then das/ glided towards the target, got close then dropped and quickly did a dash to the target which got me 1.17m from the target.

it helped me to move to the left off the start before jumping off so that you dont hit the support pillars under the road. other than that used your method and luck and got a .22 thanks man.

didnt get the glide before under the bridge to work, always hit the ground after the dash or was too soon and hit the bridge with my face which ended it. I then did it again the 'normal' way: just jumping off the bridge, glide all the way down, then just before the fall I dashed forward into the 2.00 range, so that's possible (and easier imo) too. 1.52 this way.

It's not very hard to get platinum on glide events, i always ace the gold on my first try.

it doesnt even show that i can get platinum but one of my trophys is to get platinum for all events :(

get gold on ALL events, then you unlock the ability to get platinum, then you can get platinum.

oh wow turns out i didn't even have to do this event again, i already got platinum on it as soon as i unlocked the ability to get platinum.
