i use an editing program called adobe premiere and it has this ''bars and tone'' feature which allows you to add a censor picture with that beep sound ...since this censor picture and beep sound belongs to adobe premiere .. can i use it in my video that i am going to post to you :)?
@karimspiano As far as I am aware, if you purchase the program (like Premier) and these are things in it like templates, etc. that it has for you to use, then I believe that is fine. For example, in MS Word when you use clipart built into the program, you don't have to cite it as a source and are not restricted from using it because you purchased the program. I hope this answer helps you. If it doesn't, feel free to let me know. Good luck!
@karimspiano I am not aware of any violation of having products in your videos, but I don't know for sure. You might try Googling for the information.
The only people you hurt by downloading music is the dickhole record labels who have enough money as is. Most of the time, the artist doesn't see squat of that money anyways. They get most of their money from touring I believe, so get on that.
@tobyl1 Google images are pictures that they have pulled from other people's websites. Therefore, you need to go to the site that they have come from to see what kind of copyright privileges there are if any. When in question, ask the owner for permission to use their pictures and remember to always cite your sources.
@C00PProductions Good question. If you upload the full song and the song's copyright does not allow its use, it would be breaking copyright law. So even if you cite your source in the description, it is not allowed without permission of the owner. You can search on Creative Commons to find music that owner's have decided to share without permission. That music you can use freely. Hope this helps! Thanks for the question!
what if i copied a video but didnt get the permission to copy it and my intentions were not to use it but to help the person who created it to get more subscribers would that count as copyright?

Stealing can be defined as depriving someone of something. when you download a torrent it is copied...not stolen, taken or deprived from anyone.
Copyright laws were made to protect the artists from others trying to use their material as their own. It was not made so greedy corporations could get billions in profit from it.
Wow well that means that there is no one on earth that hasn't broke the law! And btw how the hell is eny one gonna punish when i have almost never bought a game, music or a film??? And why are there soo mich sites that you can download things? Why doesnt eny one just signal it to the guys that have control over sites and can close them???
@NightmareCrab Sites that break the law are eventually found and deleted. I understand there are many places where you can download things, however, doing so when you know you are breaking the law is a matter of personal integrity and digital citizenship. If someone stole your creative material for personal gain, you wouldn't like it either. If it is used for teaching and learning, like the video says, you can use certain amounts of information.
That is a good question music stories. Basically plagiarism is, for example, taking a direct quote from someone's written work and using it like they are your own words. If I quoted something that Ben Franklin said and didn't give him credit for his own words/thoughts, I would be plagiarizing. That is why we do a bibliograghy or works cited page. Plagiarizing also means taking someone else's content, research or stories without giving them the credit for their work. Thanks for asking.
I don't understand plagarism. I use the word "I" to describe myself, but I don't think I invented the word "I," myself, so am I plagarizing when I use the english language?
It is not totally valid to compare software piracy to stealing from a store. While both are illegal stealing from the store entails removing the item from the possession of the vendor. Piracy of digital media is unauthorized replication of copyrighted material.
People have been downloading music, videos, and games for free for a long time now
Its hurt no one.
In fact Micheal Moore even says (check here on youtube for it) he does not care if you download his films for free, just dont sell them for your own profit.
all those pictures have been copyrighted have you ask the owner for them?

What if the author is dead. What do you do?
isaacsac5 10 months ago
@isaacsac5 Copyright last until 70 years after the author's death. Then the property is in the public domain and anyone can use it. Good question!

Information is free.
Internet was made for sharing hence why we share.
