But all of us must recognize Sepultura changed their sound in the mid 90's when Max was still in the band, if you compare the very well elaborated Thrash sound from "Beneath the remains" and "Arise" albums, with "Roots" and "Against" or "Roorback", I like those albums you know, but those sound like a Nu metal band, and in my opinon taht's not cool , you see, imagine Slayer's sound, sounding like Slipknot or Lamb Of God (no guitar solos at all)

I think Roots was sometimes too much "nu-metal" or whatever you call it, but Against actually moved back to groove metal and punk. Note that both Against and Roots have solos.

I seen SEPULTURA back in ''89'' on they're 1st American tour in Oakland, CA for the ''BENEATH THE REMAINS'' album and I seen them again in ''98'' for the ''AGAINST'' album in San Francisco, CA with Derrick Green singing and no idea who replaced Max. It was a kick ass show .... ;)
