I agree with everyone here - you're already creating that 'fall' for yourself to then 'get back up' - it's unnecessary - if you've made a decision then you live it, I mean you explained the point in the video though when it comes to actually committing yourself to live your words is not an 'equal' point meaning, there's no congruence and that has to stand as yourself - what is it that you still fear losing in this? that's a point to ponder upon. thanks for sharing.
my perspective is that the point of the 21 days is that it is the shortest amount of time required to short circuit an addiction. the point is to really push for 21 days because those are the hardest. but, it doesn't make sense to continue after you have stopped.
@CenksProcessVlogs Yes the resonances are fucking relentless during this 21 days i find, and like you say, the key is to just say "no thank you, not going there" just stopping. i will stop the value i have placed in these addictions, and then stop the addiction itself. I certainly am going to enjoy stopping, and gentley disciplining myself :) thanks Cenk!
with regards to difficulty stopping things -- what assisted me was to see that wherever I have placed some value in something -- I will not be able to give that up
so it assists to identify where specific value is placed in something - so that the point can be clearly seen and a decision made as to whether I am willing to give up that value or not
@MattiFreeman1 yeah , i have placed alot of value in these points, and treated this 21 days almost as a self "experiment" for a period of time. Just waiting to fall after the "experiment", because the value i have placed in the points is still there, so im going to look closer at how the value i have placed in these points operates, so i can clearly look at the points and decide to let the value go or not. what's also interesting is to observe/look at self/the face in the first two videos/weeks and this time --- there's a difference. what is it? what self-definitions are having an influence on you and are determining the experience of yourself. what did/do you believe about/of yourself - what equations/definitions are there and what polarities are playing out.
again look at it without judgment, simply to recognize the 'math' of it, and if required, to 're-align' yourself into/as self-clarity.
@BellaBargilly Thanks Bella, i can see when i look at myself, that my starting point is not clear as regards to the 21 days, i seem to just be accepting the idea that i am going to fall in this process of letting these specific points go for good, which is already giving me the answer :) alot more investigation and work to be done.

self-honesty is the most 'difficult' challenge for mankind ever - if there's something to be 'cautious' with is how&what we create for ourselves.
if you're 'too hard on yourself' for-instance, then what does that create. or specific reasoning you allow inside. look at it direct, without judgment.
