i went through all the 'congress' videos, and the best quality one was mislabeled, oh well, at least i finally found it, can't wait to see these guys in two weeks.

As anyone who knows this band can tell you, it's Congress.
If you fail to have even a passing familiarity with them, you could read the text at about the fifteen second point in the video.
ocssports11, they usually play Gasoline immediately after Congress, with no break between.
