Well that Bill guy is a stunningly beautiful Kajagoogoo-style creature to look at, but he's not so much a "girl" as an overly androgynous Japanese Anime character. @MuzikFiend95: It is slowed down because of copyright. YouTube deletes videos if they have the original songs on a video with songs from the Humanoid album. Apparently it hasn't been out long enough or something. Besides, they did a good job so what does it matter if it's slowed down that little bit? Quit being so picky.
