Even though it broke every couple months, I still loved it. One of the best phones I've ever had. And whoever is saying the Reality is good must be on crack. I went though 7 in 4 months. And none of the damages were done by me.

you guys must be really harsh with this phone I have had this phone for 3 years and it works fine,still the notes save for over a day they are saved until I delete them I've droped this phone multiple times and it still works the screen works fine and the camera is AMAZING I take really good photography with the camera I love it, and the messaging is really quick and easy I haven't had one problem with this phone it's worth the pay I love this phone so much -3

Can't recomend this at all. I went through 6 within a year and a half. The inside screen stops working, its breaks so easily, the screen litterally fell off.

I understand that many people have had different experiences, but unfortunately because of my own personal experience I can't recommend this phone to anyone. I've owned the enV2 phone for over almost two years, and I'm nearly fed up with it. The Notes aren't saved for more than a day (usually), but most of all the OK button stops working a lot of the time. Meaning if you want to unlock it from the outside, you can't... Personally I can't wait to get a new phone. :] Hope I could help.

Had this phone for 1 year and a half. The silver around the outside is completely black because i've dropped it so many times, but it looks better black

only now has it started to go downhill, it will take forever to send and recieve texts and will sometimes turn off if i drop it too hard :P

i don't recommend this phone for anyone. i've only had mine for a year and i'm already having to replace it. all the buttons on external part don't work anymore. and one of the hinges came apart practically. and it turns off for no reason, especially if i put the slightest pressure on the battery. which makes it shut off in the middle of texting. /:

i have the env2 now :) it's ok.. the locking mechanism is just a tad irksome. and the music button on the front bothers me a little.. esp. since i don't have a data plan so everytime i click on that button it charges me a data charge RAWR

u can change the locking. i have this phone and none of the front keypad works and this is my 3rd 1 so im just putting up with it until sept. 2 change the locking...hit ok on the front (if ur ok doesnt work ur screwed then) if it does work scroll down to the bottom to keyguard settings...then hit keyguard timer...then change it to always off. no more locking! and i dont have music either so i dont see the point haha. other than the front keypad nvr working its an ok phone

the EnV2's front screen is terrible...you ahve to use a certain picture to fill the whole screen. You cant take a picture and use it as a front screen background. You can...but it is made very small and you can barely tell what it is.

Plus...this doesn't have a flash like the original..the ENV2 is a terrible phone.
