@BunniexxxLove just put video file to the same folder as you have song, you must also add it to the txt file of song (the same as the mp3 file)

other who has problem with microphones check the record options in ultrastar if one of the channel is on (default are both off i think)

can i ask how you set up your mics? or to anyone who can help me thanks. i have windows 7. i plugged in the usb converter and mic to my laptop .. but ultrastar still cant detect my mic. what am i doing wrong?

i'd appreciate it someone helped me. i cant find anything on google and it's upsetting me, I NEED TO SING GAGA SOOOON!!! lol

I have the same problem with my SingStar microphones and USB converter... my laptop (Windows 7) doesn't recognize them... Luckily I installed UltraStar on my second PC (Windows 7 but not laptop) and UltraStar run perfectly and SingStar microphones with USB converter are recognized by the PC...

I don't know why this happen... :-(

@PromiscuousBoy91 well, i have win 7 on a laptop and the sing star mics work just fine :D

you have to plug the usb converter in and right click on the small loudpeaker next to the clock....then you chose recording devices (might be called slightly different since i have a german version of windows - i just guessed what it might be called xD) there you mark it (it´s called usb serial whatsoever) and go to properties. there you click on the 4th register (supposedly called "advanced")...

and choose DVD-quality

if you want to hear yourself through the loudspeakers, check the square at the 2nd register.....

then you just have to select the mic in the game itself and it should work :) hope my description isn´t too confusing :/
