Ok, this kid had had enough, peace. He got in trouble for it too, that seems to be lost here. If a kid walks up to you, yanks your hair and kicks you in the head, and you fight back, your ass ends up in the principals office too. The original issue wasn't just some kid video'd fighting back, it was also that he got busted for it. Befor giving this kid schmack for getting publicity, do your own homework. Grow up, grow a set, and get over it. That's what MOST of us did.
I once read an article in a historical journal about how was fanatical Hitler Youth kids did ambush the Allied tank. Both the Red Army and the U.S. Army were the victims of such ambush. I wonder if the soldiers defending their health and life are also cowards?

@zecle Really, it was Casey who started all the violence (according to a different interview), but then it was only when Richard retaliated that the other people started filming. That's why it looks so much like Casey is so "innocent" and is being bashed up for "no reason". That's why everyone thinks he is such a hero. Because no one is able to see that CASEY started it, and because no one is smart enough to think about it all before they make assumptions! Casey is NO BETTER than the skinny guy!

And anyway, according to a different interview, Casey is actually the one who started the whole fight, but the other kids only started filming while Casey was being punched back! It's stupid that people don't first look at all the evidence before they make judgements about things! The "bully" has now been demonised by about 90% of the Earth's population.........

One day he started on me, and I just punched him straight in the face, and he started crying in front of everyone. That same guy never gave me anymore shit after that. If they are poking fun at you, teasing you, and you beat the shit out of them - it falls under the law of provocation. If someone provokes you to attack them, and you do, as long as you can prove it in a caught of law you cannot be charged for it. It's why some people who murder their cheating husbands/wives only get done for manslaughter. The charge is downgraded as they were "provoked"
