Look at the OLD ENTERPRISE schematics. The torp tubes and phasers were both dorsal and ventral.

Even were that true, your torpedoes are firing from deck 1, the bridge. You've put them about 3 to 4 decks too high.

And, yeah, I know this video is about 3 years old. No one can view the entire internet in real time.
