This is great! Thank you for posting it, I'm going to try to incorporate a few of these into my warm up routine. But, one question: why did you use a recording of a broken washing machine for the sound-track? (just kidding, I have a difficult time getting into repetitive electronic music).
thanks mate, its my pleasure. and yes, makes a good warm up also. lots of circumduction and dynamic stretching to loosen the joints. and washing machine can sound good once u get used to it! haha :)
