Have you tried a Youtube to MP3 Converter? One actually does exist, as I am a current user, and it is for absolutely nothing. On top of that, it contains no viruses at all.

Once you have it, just copy the link in the address bar into there, make any edits you wish, download and bada-bing! It's all yours. A very high recommendation from me.
