@dilsacka Yes. Kessler is an older (seemingly quite older) version of Cole, himself in the Future. My theory is that Evil Cole at the end of Infamous 2 is Kessler, after the grief of being the Beast, and destroying and killing so many (the same feeling The beast in Infamous 2 got), he went back in time(How Infamous 1 started) to stop Cole from becoming the beast.
