Hi i love the fact that you are targetting people of colour, i live in England so i doubt you could do a senimar here however could you pls make a video for all the young ladies, young mums/teen mums who buy their children large gold chains and designer baby outfits and then their child grows up and DOESNT have a private school education or a deposit for a home because that money went on looking Good in baby photos. It really upsets me stop trying to do the designer baby thing! And SAVE!

If you financed your home at 5% a year, I would personaly not pay it of any sooner than I have too.
I can make more monney in investing, but somtimes I wander if it is woth the risk I am taking, but 5 dollars a year on a hunderd dollar bill is almost free monney

ALSO, FYI if u own a home & the Bank is nice enough 2 give u a 10-15 "GRACE PERIOD" 2 send ur payment don't b fooled, they charge u interest on every single day & they don't apply ur payment 2 ur account until the 16th of the month.
