At the same time, In Manhattan I was inside my car listening to Music, no trees around me but the sky turned dark for 5 minutes then a big thunder boom, that's it , all clear afterwords.

@CaptainMontereyJack1 Something dangerous IS going on with the climate, but its natural. Just like global warming is natural. The world went through this already without us even being present. The Ice Age happened after global warming did the first time, it will happen all over again no matter what we do.

This is nothing compared to some of the stuff i've seen when visiting family in Colorado...still pretty impressive to see.

Also I live in Los Angeles and something very similar to this happened in the Highland Park/Pasadena area a few years back. The whole city was under a tornado warning, and I remember the greenish/grayish look.

AND YES, it did pop our ears also. The meteorologist later confirmed that it was NOT a tornado but a very powerful downdraft/micro burst.

@SweetHeart4563 - Yeah I was near Windsor Lake which is about 70-80 miles north of denver back in 2008. We got to see a E-F 3 tornado. WOW. It was massive.

And we go slammed by golf ball sized hail. Thankfully we had a rental and not our own personal cars because it was full of dents when we returned it. lol.

Thanks for braving the weather for the awesome footage. I've been watching these vids from residents of NYC and several things are consistent: green sky, howling wind, hail and one person even says their ears were popping. Tornado? Sure seemed like it!

that's f-ing scary. coming from us, like where we don't normally have weather like this. I live in Toronto. we had 7 tornadoes (actual big funnels) touch down in one day north of the city. I lived there 14 years, never had anything like it. it was scary crazy shit. this is freaky. but cool, all the leaves in the air like that. wow...nuts
