My favorite trail leg is the first hill (front and back sides) as you come from the Mt. Union trail head. I think this is my third year of addiction. This is my first mt. bike trail I ever rode. Later I learned it was rated very technical, good thing, otherwise I'd have never attempted it. I actually thought, "Oh wow, thats what a mountain bike trail is supposed to be like. I can't turn tail, wimp out, and go back to the paved trails. I got to get better at this."
I did not do it. I do ride this trail occasionally and I wanted to share this video with some people. It was originally a 100 meg download.
This is not the glacier ridge trail as that trail does not allow bike traffic. This is the designated mountain bike trail. There are signs for it. Be warned though... this a highly difficult trail due to the extreme rock gardens.
