Nice sub, but it looks freakishly similar to the Mackie SWA1801z, LOL. Did they get permission to use Mackie SWA1801 cabinets and use their own drivers?
@31Orcas American Audio is one of the several companies that rebrands Chinese ripoffs. Chinese have taken the Mackie SWA line exterior and copied it, while replacing the interior with much inferior stuff. Without any permissions what so ever.
This kind of copying can turn out horrible results since sometimes they don't even match the own drivers they got with the right size cabs and ports just to maintain the exterior look. But sometimes the stuff they come up is pretty decent and cheap aswell.
@31Orcas no they didn't get permission and american audio has a lawsuit going on with mackie because american audio payed off chinese to steal the designs and make replicas for almost 50% less
