switch ur ph off....den keep holding "*" " 3 "and "green call button"....keep holding until the ph boots properly....formatting finished...all contacts n messeges r should be kept with pc suite....
i did those two kind of thing to format my mobile but idk why but my nokia n70 still have the trojan horse virus everytime i backup files then remove the memorycard then scan it to comp i perfectly remove it but after i format the phone then put it back the memorycard the virus came back huhu

turn off your phone then press the green botton then the * key and the number 3 key,,then turn on your cp dont release ur hand in the pressed botton
