i remember a story in my area about a guy that was having a heart attack at a bus stop in front of an ER at a hospital. The other people waiting at the stop ran to the ER front desk and told them what was happening. They told the people to use their cell phones and call 911 for an ambulance.

I just got my emt -b and im a veteran firefighter , now I now new york state gives emt-b's 187 hours of training and medics get 2000 but aint epi given in the thigh and not in the sternum MEDIC lol , like I say a seasoned emt is better than a new medic ( even though I know this guy aint new )
