Someone said it was originally because he's sick, but it's kept happening since the first Big 4 show in Sophia, so I think it's because he's just too old now. He already had a hard time singing when he was in his 20's and he's 50 now.

I'd fire the guy that handled the live mix for Megadeth's live set. In "Trust," you can barely hear Dave's vocals and Ellefson's harmony vocals are inaudible, and on "In My Darkest Hour" you can barely hear Broderick's guitar.

Dave still has a good voice, but high notes are killing him. At symphony of destruction he sings great...the same at wake up dead (without the final part). He should change his way to sing at these high notes. Anyway, is a great vocalist, songwriter, and composer. :)

I'm a big fan of Metallica but I think they are being unfair with the other bands. Anthrax always starts with the smalest crowd, Slayer and Megadeth get short amount of time to perform and Metallica takes like two hours. I know they are one of the greatest band of all time but the first comment is right, it's calles "The Big 4" so every band should get equal.
