when your double tapping the guitar (in real life not this) you use both your hands to tap the strings up on the neck. you use your picking hand to tap with your left... i cant explain it any better, search it in wikipedia or in youtube you should find a better explanation than this (sorry 4 the shoddy spelling)
yea, Guitar Hero Metallica is already in production for release in 2009. Good news is, now with the new instruments, ull be able to play as the full Metallica Band!

It will almost certainly be the same way as the other songs.
Overhead view just makes it easier to edit.
