Coaches like Marty, Haley, Parcells, Belichick are great because they dont take crap and they make sure their players are in shape. Its not a coaches job to be "buddies" and joke around with players. Herm Edwards is an absolute idiot. He ran the Jets into the ground and now the Chiefs. He also just got rid of the winningest QB in NCAA history, David Greene who was signed in January and only went through the brief OTA's, so he could keep three QB's who haven't done squat in the NFL and who are more familiar with stretchers than the end zone but who were on the roster last season. I hope the Chiefs lose every game.

First off Herm was left with old players that were ending their career. He has NAILED the draft picks and has some pretty damn good players. What you saw in that win versus the Broncos was Herms team. They did pretty damn good out there and I knew once Huard FINALLY got put in we would start winning. I do critcize him for putting Thigpen is for another game. I understand going with the younger QB but he will NEVER be a starter. We are the youngest team in football with A LOT of rookies.

Remind me why Herm is such a good coach. That was an amazing 127 yards of total offense they put up against an average team in Carolina (5 points are are that have kept them from being 2-3.) The REAL problem with this team is the lack of leadership. The head coach cant do it all. We are the youngest team in football with the most rookies of any team and we need a veteran guy to step it up and be a team leader. Hopefully Croyle will eventually be that guy and i know Croyle can be good as long as he doesnt get injured. Id like for Herm to be more creative or the Offensive coordinator to be more creative and unpredictable.
