I'm afraid of not! you have a low GPu processor . You might can run Modern warfare 3 on low settings :)

You can't i did this only as pre presantation :) But if you have very loose fingers you might can play it with the track pad :)

Do you think that my sony vaio : 2,3GHz intel Core i5 ( 2nd gen. ) with turbo to 2,9 GHz, 6 GB RAM 1333Mhz, nvidia 410m ( 1Gb ) , 640 GB will work well on it. 15,4" screen 1366 x 768 HD?

Yes it will work with you're specs :) But only on medium settings.
