maksims92, at times I make an effort to keep in mind what exactly it was like prior to when I might possibly dunk in bball. Subsequently after I applied the training program at "50inch vertical (dot) com" - my game has been increasing dramatically - no longer am I on the bench every game!

maksims92 I'm 5 7 and I can do some crazy dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just do the right workouts with the right nutrition. I highly recommend the training at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) but any workout could be followed if you know they generate results
