im pretty sure this genre was before grindcore. Evolved from hardcore in the 80's and came to be known as emo/screamo in the 90's and now people refer to it as skramz. lol. Its all just punk to me but i use the term emo alot. Or i just call it emotional melodic hardcore
@bonjangles41 grindcore is early 80's , screamo really didnt develop till the 90's, only thing screamo and grindcore have in common is theyre a subgenre of punk

Their is nothing wrong with this band. The singers voice is perfect and he has so much emotion. They give screamo a good name

REAL Screamo's(Skramz) making a comeback! I guess it didn't die around 2003. Maybe now people won't label bands like alesana Screamo.
