@mangp Hi, I've never tried any of the dinair product but have read great reviews. I've been really happy with the temptu products I'v tried so far. :-) Your best bet if your tring foundations out is to get the trial packs. They are cheap and you get a bunch of colors to mess around with.
Hi, cleaning your gun after every use is super important! This prevents your gun from gelling clogged and not working right. Depending on how often you use if you should take it apart and do a deep cleaning along with oiling it up. Be really careful removing the nozzle it can break really easy if you screw it on too tight. I do this about once a month (that's just me though). I use temptu sb cleaner and spray it out until it runs clean. Thats it as far as cleaning.
Hey girl , have a few questions for you, i asked a few other people with no response so maybe you will. I have the same compressor as you and an iwatta gun same as urs. how well should i clean the gun after every use, whats a good product to use? Also my gun is brand new and it keeps spitting like bigger dots then the rest time to time why is that? how can i get a natural looking eye brow with my temptu stencils as well?
@311karissameldrum311 Ok as far as your gun spitting it could be air pressure too high or that your foundation is too thick. Try thinning out your foundation with your temptu cleaner. start small by adding one drop of cleaner to your foundation, back bubble then see if it still spits if its not thin enough try adding another drop but dont put too much cleaner in it because it will loosen the foundation too much and it will not be able to hold itself together (make sense?).
@EtherMagic Hi, its totally up to you but the iwata you mentioned had a larger nozzle size so keep that in mind (you can spray thicker "paints" but with thinner ones more product will come out so you will have to adjust your pressure to balance that). I hope this helped thanks so much!
Great video! =) I'm thinking about purchasing an air compressor, I can't decide from the Iwata or the sparmax, I like the fact that the sparmax is portable, but does it work just as well as the Iwata, or is there a difference on how well they apply the makeup? which one would you recommend from these two? Also, which foundation do you prefer working with more Mac or Temptu and why? I will really like to know your opinion, hope you get a chance to answer. Thank you so much!
@6dennise Hi, i low my iwata because its so versital. The sparmax is great too but it doesnt produce enough juice to do major jobs so for my first pick its hands down iwata. Temptu sb sets really fast which can be a good or bad thing for some but for me its a goodthing. I use it for bridal work so i need to pump out people fast and it does a great job, plus its more cost effective. :-) hope this helps!

Is it okay if I use S/B foundation/correctors with water based blushes and shimmer? I've always used either silicone based or water based alone, never both together. Currently I am out of both, so there is no way for me to test it out.
@MZEURASIANBEAUTY I use water based for more oily skin types (also for a job that does not need to be waterproof or last a really long time and uneven textures). It gives a really nice matte finish. I use silicone based for dry to normal skin (more even textures), or for jobs i need something long wearing. It gives the skin a really nice dewy finish.
@MZEURASIANBEAUTY But you can just put a light dusting of powder to make it matte! So yeah pretty much you can use it all for anyone just depends on how long you need the foundation to last (touchups). I really like temptu's primer. :-)
great video! was wondering.. is there a reason you choose to have separate guns for both silicone and water based foundations? is it for convenience or are the guns hard to clean thoroughly before switching?
@superninjalover Hi, when I'm on a job and I'm switching between water and silicone based foundation its just easier to have to different guns so it avoids clogging issues. :-)
@LoriliLee you know I've had this bag for so long I dont even remember but it was online.. haha do a search for train cases and you will find some really nice ones online :-)
you can get the portable one at occ cosmetics only diff is its white. Also temptu came out with a consumer airbrush system and is available only at sephora
I like that you tried to give info but you where not fully prepare and you would say things like i don't know and you would use UMMM a lot and awsome. maybe for your next video you can do better.

Thanks much for the Video :D
Hey, I am purchasing the Temptu Airbrush system, I was wondering what Airbrush to get with it, I am given 2 choices at Check-Out....
"SP-35 top feed airbrush" or the "Iwata CR4500"
Which would you go with? Please help, I can't deside :(

What's the difference b/w using silicon and water base makeup applied on different skin textures? What primers do you recommend for airbrush makeup?
Thank you much! :)
