I turned vegan not to long ago and i dont have the space to explain how amazing my life feels now. Consuming animals is not natural and has many side effects and headaches is one, for certain people.

The Human digestive system and jaw structure is that of a herbivore.We are designed to be vegan/vegatarians. Also if you know biology, Life exsists because of the photosythenziers, not only do they provide oxygen they provided food in the form of glucose. I've tried all this meditation thing and it's never worked for me. I reckon that's because everybody's different and what works for some people just doesn't work for others. Me? I'm not the meditating type and never have been.

What worked for me was redirecting my senses by using sensory experience instead of denying my senses as in meditation. I was never really able to visualize anything until I went on this virtual reality ride of flying at an amusement park. I also stimulated my other senses with binary beats and watching videos on you tube. You should try the opposite way of meditation like what worked for me!

@emaillenora meditation is something that takes practice and dedication, the more often and longer you meditate, the more you excercise your pineal gland, the stronger your pineal gland, like muscles, the more likely you are to achieve a successful experience of meditation, beginners cannot expect to be able to face their demonds in a single half hour session, study of the chakra's is also a big help, taking time on each step, beginning to end, multiple sessions for each chakra for best exp.
