@apophysis7 you just have to love it,its true though i have been around knives and ale all my life,not a good mix i know they just need to be respected,i'm always torn between the two though with the laws in the uk i can't warrant spending to much on a knife,you see i like to use and carry ,as for accidents i once took a six inch boning knife in my left leg,ha,ha,ha.i was a sober teenager at the time at butchery college,you soon learn to respect them then eh buddy
