  • The first black Sentor was elected in 1870. The Progressives have been wiping out our american history for about 100 years and we have been electing these people which have dumbed down our families, schools and churches. Therefore have been filling the prisons!

  • More truth, good work Hustle.

  • Yes, I get it. We'll all be in prison for one thing or another and if we behave and work well in prison we won't be sent to the asylums for 'pharmaceutical drug tests or weapons testing. I can see the eggs of females being taken forcefully and I can see forced pregnancies, the fetuses and babies being sold off to the medical/scientific/WHO for whatever satanic uses they may have. While we are on this side of the bars, we ought to think about what we can do about it.

  • The 13 amendment still supports slavery, if one commits a crime

#jail is the reformed slavery. Some one posted that on my Face book page, so I posted this clip on their page, and it sparked a productive discussion, just thought you should know that..

  • Take a look at predominantly black areas. From birth, children growing in an environment where crime surrounds them, where gang culture is the only way to protect yourself or to be respected or even to make money. I'd go as far to say that that governments are to blame for not investing in these communities to make sure there are opportunities for poorer areas. In fact it could even be deliberate. But I have no evidence to back that up. It could be just plain negligence.

  • I stumbled upon the text of the Thirteenth Amendment just the other day and realized the same thing. Criminalize normal human behavior, like intoxication, and you'll fill prisons with cheap labor. Think of the War on Drugs... Early drug prohibition laws were aimed at drugs that were associated with minorities.

Of course it evolved into this wonderful system where America has more people in prisons than ANYONE, and according to the 13th they are slaves.

  • Wouldn't that fall under cruel and unusual punishment ?

  • Amen. Thank you for your video, I am a critical thinker as well

I want to endorse Ron Paul here, who has said he'd pardon non-violent 'criminals' for Federal drug offenses, which is an authority granted to the executive under the Constitution

  • @jakobeckert Go Ron Paul!!

  • yes this is saying wht you say butt to say that they slaving just black man this is wrong red, white, black and this happens to all we all are = and if you white and poor the rich white shit on you and do wht they can to get you in jail

  • That's crazy man...

  • Notice that it only states Involuntary Slavery and not Voluntary Slavery. The 13th amendment was hi-jacked by those who want to enslave the entire country. It has everything to do with the 14th through the 16th amendment which enslaves every citizen against there will to the slave master's. I would highly recommend watching "THE CORPORATION" which gives light to the subject. You can find it on Netflix or go to: .youtube.com/watch?v=Pin8fbdGV9Y&feature=related

  • See the Aimed At America 4 video for an example of how actual slavery continues in America's prisons today!

  • Title 42, Chapter 21, so-called "civil rights" act says that U.S. Citizens will be subject to punishment, pains, penalties, taxes, licenses, and exactions of every kind; the whole affair was a trick to get people to trade unalienable rights for privileges. Unfortunately, we've been cooperating with the deception voluntarily ever since. Check out my vids, Are You in Jail by Your Own Consent; also, U.S. Citizens and the NWO. peace, Ven, Musicians 4 Freedom.

  • i been telling people about this for the longest now good to see im not alone in this mind set. prison is not a game that shit is big business like tobacco or gas millions of dollars are exchanging hands every year. stay outta jail you go in there your not a person your not even a number like they tell you. Your a commodity to be used to enrich the wealthy. they claim these prison work programs are rehabilitating but how many prisoners do you hear about being released with transferable skills?

  • You should look up the first 13th amendment that was never repealed, and has the full force of law. This means there are two 13th amendments. Virgina was the last to ratify, and pass the first 13th amendment into law in 1818. When you read it will blow your mind. It say if you have a title after your name you loose your citizenship. Look it up? you can even by a certified copy of the first 13th amendment. It's still has the full force of the law.

  • BROTHER YOU ARE RIGHT I AM WITH YOU.TO MAKE THIS STAND HETEP PEACE.

  • I somewhat agree, however not just black people, but every prisoner chooses to be treated that way, we do not have to have knowledge of the 13th amendment to not commit a crime. We have to acknowledge that there is consequences for breaking the law.

If cheap labor is one of those consequences, then that applies to everyone not just black people, if it were to be that way, then that's when due process comes in to play.

  • Because its a fraudulent amendment. Look up and research "the original 13th amendment" It will blow your mind

  • This is soooo true how comes im in 7th grade and I didnt learn this

  • Americas the only country that went from barbarism to decadence without civilisation imbetween ~ Oscar Wilde

Why is he acting like this is somehow a phenomenom its not news Europes always known that america was ruled by an easily manipulated linch mob, we dont do anything about it for the same reason no one gave a flying shit when russia commited mass atrocities ... because they have a bigger army and a bigger economy even if that economy is more or less slavey.

  • But why black men? They do it to everyone nowadays, not only black people. They prisons are indeed warehouses for slaves but for everyone...

  • BECUZ the black man won't be a good father to his children. duh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I can't find the website can you message me the link please?

  • But I fully support your cause. Being a prisoner is indeed a form of slavery

  • What you are reading is the 14th Amendment. The original 13th Amendment dealt with titles of nobility. Meaning anyone who held a title IE; Esquire, which is what title a lawyer uses would lose their citizenship if they decided to seek political office.

13 of the 17 colonies ratified it but Lincoln switched the amendment at the end of the civil war.

  • Thank you Sir:)

  • I think all it means is that if you are in jail ("as punishment for crime") then you might have to do work.

  • Nice video. End the Federal reserve and the war on drugs, problem solved. Vote Ron Paul 2012.

  • WOW!!! MAY THE CREATOR BLESS YOU!

  • My brother I have been a slave in America, working for fifty cents a day at one point making state-of-the-art hi-tech cables for submarines and aircraft carriers. The states have first-right-of-refusal to sell goods and services manufactured in the prisons. The Federal government has a website that sells its prison services that has never functioned in the red. Check out unicor.gov for verification that slavery has never been abolished in America, it was made legal through the 13th amendment

  • All the 13th Amendment states is that the Government can decide when it's okay. A crime is whatever the Government says it is when you get right down to it. I don't consider not buckling my seat belt or speeding a crime but cops do. Any entity with a monopoly on force will do whatever to get what it wants. All the 13th Amendment does is make the Government appear to look like the good guy.

  • we all need to do our part and get involved. Let's take this powerful message and apply it to every event designed to make changes.

  • And what difference does that make with the argument that you are trying to make? Aren't they still going to prison whether they were in the possession of cocaine or crack cocaine? Yeah, it's going to be a longer sentence, but what does length of sentence have to do with your argument? You're talking about prisoners performing labor or servitude. Is that so awful that criminals have to work?!

  • Back to what you were talking about in the video.. what is so terrible about criminals providing free or cheap labor? They are criminals! They deserve to be in prison, and should feel lucky that they have a job to perform at all! What else are they going to do all day? You make it sound like they should have some kind of rights.. They are prisoners, they don't have rights anymore. They gave up those rights when they decided to murder, molest, rape, or rob someone.

  • Even if this were to happen, which is a long shot at best, in order for an idea or a clause to amend the Constitution or an amendment thereof, it must be ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the states (or 38 states), or by conventions of three-fourths of the states.

  • First of all, you yourself cannot amend the Constitution or an amendment thereof. Just to PROPOSE that an amendment be ratified, which is what you are after, two-thirds of BOTH Houses of Congress must propose it; or two-thirds of the states (which is 33 states) must call a convention for the proposition of an amendment.

  • No one tho has ever been made a slave for a crime since the 13th Amendment came into effect and it would depend on who you asked about involuntary servitude.

  • OMG THIS WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!

    thank you!

  • So how do you change it?

  • its the young like yourself that still gives me the feeling of hope....i talk out where and when i can...thank you and keep up the good work...

  • thank you for the video because so many of our people don't know the truth...

  • So true, teach on brother
