I bought one of these products for some time and recently had a problem.

it is not accessing the files from pendrive. shows the message you're reading, but after the device restarts.

vocde know where I find the firmware for it or some compatible??

know if you would like to show me how to do the procedures for updating this firmware.

device model: K-BOX CENTURY 4GB FLASH
