  • wow! in the philippines, we have what we call champorado - a favorite dish. it is chocolate rice (yes rice!) porridge with sweetened milk too. here's the kicker - we think it is best eaten with salted sun-dried fish. that's what happens when the mexican champurrado becomes an asian champorado.

  • mmm, that looks soo good, Im from Chihuahua Mexico, and you should trye the mexican beverage done during Christmas, is called CALIENTITOS!, you can see it in google... with chihuahua mexican cooking for christmas and its written, its one of the best, you can put tequila, its really good,

  • Just curios what part of mexico your husband is from? I know every state has a different technique in making things but pretty much the end result is the same. I was taught to make the champurrado a little different but with the same ingredients. I think your recipes are great keep them coming!
