This... can't be... true... *cries* I must have died a hundred times trying to evade this guy's fire breath and now you're telling me all I have to do is stand behind that fancy pillar?
Then again, suffering builds character. I'll use that trick next time I play the game. Thanks for sharing.
I've played TR2 way to many ways. One time which is my greatest achievement, is playing through while only killing the most important enemies (One's that you need to kill to progress the game) and they had to be done with either the harpoon gun or pistols. Surprisingly enough the flame thrower guys were the most brutal. XD
That's a clever use of the environment. You are within range of the dragons breath, but unfortunately for him, he doesn't know the pillar is there. So he shouldn't move. I guess the programmers forgot to install a Pillar Detection Processor!
@badassgamez Indeed. But to fill in the possible backstory, I like to imagine the dragon's eyesight isn't very good after awakening in a dark room, and he doesn't notice Lara hiding there. Hmm...me feel grenade but me no see where grenade coming from.... ;)
@Airave Good job! It certainly is a challenge. I've done the whole game with pistols, but this way is much easier. ;) I've never managed to play through without using any health packs, though I've known people who have. I'm just too wimpy. Have you done it?
@flamesdemon19@320lana I guess it's a bug, but it's more like exploiting a feature in the game. You don't have to do anything special except stand behind that pillar where the dragon can't "see" Lara after he transforms. He won't come around the pillar as long as you don't step too far back or to either side.
