I use sweet almond oil and avocado oil too and I love them. But for facial mask I'm using avocado and honey (sometimes I put a little ACV in my mask) and as a scrub I use aspirin and honey once a week. PS. love how good you look for a 80 years old. rofl

Hey Black beauty you can also was your face or remove make up by using baking soda as it absorbs dirt and cools the skin leaving no redness I might try almond oil you say it bleaches your skin so I might Google that as I've never heard of this also you have a mixture of beautiful white skin mixed with olive so fresh looking its very healthy and attractive looking.

your tips r good and its true i hav people smiling at me i asked one person she said u hav a glow about u. i contributed it to drinking lots of water and i also rub coconut oil on my oily skin and dont have acne anymore. if i get a breakout in 2-3dys its gone and no spots afterwards, i also use dr bonners pepermint soap it helps with the dead skin ,it naturally efoliate. thanks girl lookin goooood

hey, babe! great advice! but be careful reusing that plastic water bottle-- go to whole foods and pick up an stainless steel one instead. there's a lot of controversy over plastic water bottles having toxins leaking through into the water (i.e. cancerous stuff!!!).
