@MiniBowser41 You have to play on the clear save data, which means who have to beat the game at least once. Then, when the art come to kill him, you have an extra choice to not kill him. He'll be playable as a dark sage at the beginning of Part 4, though he'll be an enemy at Part 3 Endgame.

I love Pelleas's theme, just not him. Don't get me wrong, though; I hated having Micaiah kill him.

Also, I kinda figured he wasn't Ashnard's son. He's a little...pussy-ish. Soren, however...well, with all that cold calculating and little regard for anyone but Ike...made sense, but I can't say I saw it coming.

this was just too sad. on first playthrough, pelleas had to died. then on second gameplay, he could be spared but just about he revenged izuka, he founds out he was nothing but an innocent that was fooled and was just a puppet for izuka. ooohhhh sorrowful prince pelleas. i can understand how much pain you had to endure form beginning to the end.

Pelleas isn't that great as an unit but it was good that they made an alternative gameplay where he doesn't die and is playable.

PS: My favorite character is Zihark, but I dislike his tier 3...would have been nice if he married either Ilyena or Meg with A support.

And it must be your at least second run through the game or else you will kill him everytime.^^

This song basically shows you what Pelleas goes through and went through all his life, that's why they call it ''Sorrowful Prince Pelleas.'' is because he doesn't have any confidence in himself, and with the lives of his men dying. I love this theme, it goes along with him very nicely.

Personal experience means nothing. He's an Est. He also has lower bases than Tibarn- UNTRANSFORMED.

And what difficulty was it on? I can guarantee it isn't Hard Mode since Pelleas gets doubled and 1RKO'd by everything except lolmages. And Dark and Thunder magic SUCK.

An Est is a character that comes in very late in the game and usually is underleveled and has bad stats, but has some of the best growths in the game. Too bad EVERY EST EVER is terrible. Examples include L'arachel, Nino, Est, etc.

And Pelleas IS terrible. Worse base stats than Tibarn UNTRANSFORMED. He even bases comparable to Lyre. If LYRE gives you a run for your money, then that unit if FUCKED.

Which is solved by Paragon and his good growths... Also every other cat beats Lyre you only get ONE DARK USER!

Lehran can use Dark too and Pelleas only has 55% MAG and 60% SPD, but with bases of 24 for MAG (Which is +1 more than Soren had at base level) and 21 SPD (lol same as base level Danved), he isn't getting ANYWHERE. Lol to paragon, he'll need to be babied like Eddie does in Part 1 if you want him to be AVERAGE. Characters like Shinon and even Tormod make a better contribution than him. And Lyre is shit. And you get two dark users. But why use dark when you don't HAVE to? Just sell them.
