  • triple out!!! Sick-Nasty!

  • nice he riped a foward 2 and a half sumersault 3 twists piked should be free position though mate change the B to a D

  • @xXhallwayXx The free position is not a selectable position for that dive.

  • @meltonmr ahh my mistake

  • SEXYYYYY! ;D

  • That was like one of the best dives EVER!!

  • Team China Coach: "He Chong go do 5156D"

He Chong: "I already finished my Vols coach!"

  • asian divers are too good...lol

  • how does he get so high on his hurdle haha

  • who finishes tripple wists above the doard? He Chong does!

  • who finishes tripple swists above the doard? He Chong does!

  • easy . i can do it :)

  • everytime he does this dive his legs come appart at teh end of the 3rd twist but other ways hes and amazing diver!

  • @AndrewSederholmTV could you hold your legs together after doing three twists?

  • Very nice

  • nice tennessee spirit

  • That was EPIC

  • amaazing

  • feet came apart a little on the last twist, but it was still sick.

  • what a hunk

  • This is hilarious. It's 6 ops for any ntl or international senior meet and u can dblenup on any group. There are no voluntaries anymore at most meets

    Including olympics oth than sync.

  • Very, very good. But not 'perfect'.

  • @sonicfan7 True, but no one can do this dive any better the He, and the only dive (with the exception of the 09's that were recently added to the DD tables) with higher DD on 3m is 5355B, and Yahel Castillo is one of the few people competing that and he never gets it in as cleanly or consistently as this.

  • Oh ok I didn't know that. I said that it was not perfect because his legs where a split second apart from each other lol. But yeah he came in quite straight!

  • @sonicfan7 why is everybody thumb downing your comment? his feet noticably came apart a little at the end, so the dive obviously isn't perfect

  • Yeah lol, the dive was amezing but the feet came apart! lol. I wouldn't give it a 10 if I were a judge but a 9.5 instead lol.

  • Besides he didn't jump perfectly straight up in the air. He slightly jumped forward and landed correctly accoarding to his jump but that wasn't 90 degrees straight with the water. At the jump he didn't fully stratched his body. Lol it's not perfect xD.

  • @sonicfan7 no splash = perfect retard

  • @hockeyplaya131 No splash does not mean its perfect. So if this is true I could have my legs apart and have a horrible jump but since theres no splash its considerd "perfect". While this dive is almost perfect I would have to say no dive is absolutly perfect.

  • shit...he's good

  • wow

  • wow

  • 何沖d動作好靚...

  • very good

  • thats at swimming hall of fame in fort lauderdale

  • He - is an ultimate! Truly amazing.

  • this guy is on crack.

    haha amazing :)

  • wasn't that a 5154B?

  • no 5156

  • so scary....he made so little like none splash

  • he twisted his legs on the way down.

  • that was perfect!

  • nah not perfect. his feet come apart right as he comes out of the last twist looking for the water.

  • could have gotten a little more height too

  • at least he can do it well

  • ofcourse. i was replying to the others saying how perfect it was...

  • Perfect is subject to interpretation. In many eyes he is perfect - including mine and I dive as well and I don't often tip my compliment to people - but He is awesome. Perfect in my eyes. Cheers!

  • YES that was Perfect!

  • NO doubt he deserves the gold that he earned. what an increditable diver!!

  • He Chong is so cute!!!!!!!!!

  • that was an amazing entry and amazing aproach but i agree i caught the legs coming apart too just for a wee sec but that was one of the best rips i have seen!

  • awesome!!! I would give it an 8.5 because of the feet apart but that was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • a good dive has no splash... and i didnt see any splash

  • [hands hurt from clapping] Sweetness!! That was totally rockin roccoco!! That Olympic gold medal is all yurs!! LOL

  • ive started looking at this sport lately.. there is like no splash.. perfect dive 10.0 !!!

  • omg yo

  • That looks like the Florida pool.

  • He is so amazing! Had to look this at least six times cuz it's incredible :D. I believe that it's 5156B, but it's hard to see from this video.

  • that was a 5154 not 5156

  • its a 5156, he dosent compete a double out, only a triple out

  • He does double out on one meter. If you look at both vidoes you can see his one on three meter is a triple out.

  • Actually he does do 5154 on 3 meter, he usually does it for his 3 or 4th dive. last years FINA world cup he did, 107B, 205B, 307C, 407C, 5154B, 5156B

  • he doesnt do 5154 and 5156

u cant do 2 dives that r basically identical just ones a bit harder.

they make u do different directions to show ur skill

  • as a matter of fact he does, i've watched him in comp. and he does do both. and the dives are your choice watch some of his other videos on here and you'll see that he does do both

  • he competes both. he did in the olympics

  • sigh

u can do the dives in 1 comp just not in the same round

he can do 5154 in semi

    and 5156 in finals

  • diving dude is right

  • Well this is true. I'm not sure if these are 5 or 6 dive meets but in a 5 dive meet you can't do both. At 6 dive meets he does do 5154B as his Voluntary twister and doubles in twists with 5156B as an optional. Regardless, I think world championships and Olympics are 5 dives so you are correct in that sense.

  • when its like world series (FINA) its 6 dives men 5 dive wemon same for the olyimpics. In additon ya you can have two twisters i resently made it to senior nats and i did 5136 D and 5154D i had my fron back inward revese op and two front twisters

  • yea thats right. you cant repaet the same group

  • He Chong is crazy....he spins so fast you cant even tell hes spinning

  • if thats the case, 109cfrom1meter, you wouldn't mind enlightening us all with your diving videos.

  • He could do 5172 B

  • Definitely a 5156B here, no contest. He Chong easily does a 5154b from 1m, for crying out loud. I've seen him do a 5154b from 3m as a "warm-up dive", he completes that way above the board! This is his 5156b for sure. For comparison, check out his 5156b from this year's world championships - also on youtube!

  • His last twist is certainly his fastest. Most definitely a 5156B. I have seen him compete it somewhere else for 8.5's and 9's. He Chong is pretty nasty.

  • it's definitely a 5156 b.

  • thats def. not a 5156 its a 5154 I have the video of the 5156 and if u slow it down u can see its not it.

  • Thats an incredibly arrogant comment, and infact it is a 5156b, i suggest you review your dive number and also have another look at that vidoe you have that you've slowed down. i compete 5154 incredibly often and it is different from that displayed in the video!

  • I heard about this dive a while back and have been waiting so long to see it. Thank you
