True not a lot of people know them. I introduced this band to my friend about 2 weeks ago and she can't shut up about them; now everyone in the group knows them and I am pissed :@ they were my thing. The band that I liked so much, the secret band that no one knew about, guh LOL.
I love people in planes and I agree with everyone below me. Whenever I ask a friend if he or she has ever heard of PIP they look at me like i'm crazy....I actually like that though lol...
This is a beautiful song. I remember hearing the beginning of it during the credits just as I was leaving PC and I refused to leave just so i could hear it.
I really want to hear the rest of his music now too =]
I'm listening to Oren Lavie's album for 18 months now (first released in Germany); and in my opinion it is still the best so far in the 21st century. Really! Every song is a jewel.
Looking forward to buy the soundtrack (this time America was served first ...)!
I love this song. Thank you so much for adding the lyrics, I've been looking everywhere for them. This is great to listen to when you're lost in memories...
Oh no! It just means she cared more about how she looked and vain things instead of focusing on Aslan (Jesus) and Narnia. She became too involved with the material world and lost her belief in Narnia. I do not think Lewis ever intended it to be taken as her becoming a prostitute. I think he was just trying to show that when a person starts to care more about worldly things that they can lose sight of what really matters.
That doesn't mean that she didn't make it into Heaven (or as in the book, Aslan's Country). She was caught up in the things of this world though. Also, one of the reasons why she wasn't there was because she wasn't in the train that crashed with all the others. Everyone in the train died. So there still might be a chance that she returns her belief. I think C.S. Lewis left room for your imagination to roam. Also, he shows us that we need keep our focus on what's more important, which is belief..
i think it's talking about some guy who died or is dying(unless that's a girl singing)and he(or she)is saying that he'll meet her(or him)in heaven where they'll be young and remember all the 'Good Times'.i personally hate it when people get all perceptive of these vids on youtube but i'm bored and boredism causes perceptiveness, which, quite frankly, i can't help.hey everyone!
This song makes me so happy. I just love it. I think about Susan, and Peter when i hear it, i'm not sure if it matches this particular film though, maybe the last battle would've been a better choice. still beautiful.
I looked and could not find it anywhere. (I wouldn't mind a copy of it myself.) If you wait they will probably come out with the official sheet music for the movie. Just keep checking back with google until it turns up. :)
It really is beautiful. My musical skills are limited to picking out the main melody. I looked online and there are a few places where you can download the sheet music. I think I might consider it.
I know! That's always what I think of when I listen to this. And it also makes me think of Susan, I was seriously devastated when she didn't come back.
I remember being so angry with C.S. Lewis because of that. She found lipstick and nylons. OMG!!! She can't go to heaven now. But I think that she will be reunited with her family and Narnia in the end. She is still young and has just lost her entire family. She has time to change her "evil ways" and eventually go to Narnia with everyone else. "Once a king or queen of Narnia, always a king or queen." Anywho just my take on the matter. :D
That is cool. When I don't like the ending of something, I usually will make up my own version the way I wanted it to end. A little strange I am sure, but it makes me feel better. And you're welcome. :)
I watched the credits of Narnia because of the music. My mom, who was in a different movie, was worried sick. Luckily this song isn't album only on the iTunes soundtrack.
Beautiful song, very weird chords but hauntingly captivating.... Prince Caspian was great! Darker than the first one. And yeah, the last few songs on the OST are great!
i'm totally debating whether or not to buy the soundtrack, cause i kinda love all three songs that they play back to back at the end, but i'm totally pissed that two of the songs are "album only".
Thank you. :) The soundtrack is very good. The insturmental part is much darker than the soundtrack for the LWW and a lot of the music is for battle scenes. So it is not my favorite soundtrack of the two, but it is still enjoyable. And the songs on the end are amazing. :)
Yeah, heard it in the credits and fell in a kind of trance. O_O Definately have to take a listen at his other songs if they're all as dreamy and beautiful as this one.
All of my friends don't like people in planes so i will enjoy it by myself.

YES im the same way! i dont like it when bands get mainstream. seems they lose their umph and singularity when they do.

These guys are absolutely brilliant, one of the best bands around. I still find it unbelievable that so few people have heard their splendour though

lol it is REALLY different song. I had to find something with a similar length to the last song though and that one fit.
The picture is called Hope by Nene Thomas. I like her artwork and that one is one of my favorites by her. I love it. :)
