@Takeskyggen I'm in school for audio engineering. Pro Tools is the industry standard, and I'm more than likely going to make shitty musicians sound perfect for a living. I personally prefer organic sounding music, and I'll take the Burning Bridges version of this song (as well as the original recordings of the others) over the re-recorded "product".

@asphyXyX What about making AWESOME bands sound as awesome as they can? My band is fucking badass, and we prove it when we play live. Everyone says we sound just as awesome live as in our recordings. I do NOT play to a click or use triggers when playing live shows. However, I did sample my kick drums and snare drums by using my raw recording as a template of where everything goes. Nobody knew until I told them, because they seen me play live, and I sound just as solid.

@asphyXyX Why do you think bands release albums? It is a PRODUCT to sell. So long as they sound just as badass live, then who cares? I'd rather be able to HEAR the creativeness behind a band over how technically perfect they play. If you don't record to a click track, you're retarded. Every PRO drummer does. Believe it or not, it takes more skill to record to a click track than without one. Listening and staying with the click is hard as hell. Especially if you play fast and technical music.

I am personally more used to Angela's voice since I have only been listening to metal a few years and when i discovered AE it was the more recent line up that i grew to love. Johan's voice is good but i will almost always prefer Angela.
