It was inspiring to know that the Vulcan greeting had its beginning in this way. I was honestly overawed when I saw Leonard Nimoy in the new Star Trek movie. He brought such dignity, strength, and sheer presence to the screen. I was so impressed with attention to detail in the individual characters, and "look" of the film. The only times I remember my family ever being togeather as a child, was when we wre all gathered around the TV every Friday night watching Star Trek. Now years later, my family gone, when I saw the trailer for the 2008 movie I was moved to tears. Lenard Nemoy was always my very favorite. I've learned so much from him. Thank you Lenard.
