  • In for Up There Cazaly as an election theme. No wonder they pissed it in

  • Jeff kennett's great achievements: Melbourne Museum and IMAX theatre, and a new $130 million Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, ('Jeff's Shed'), expansion of the National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre,Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex. Thank you, it was these investments that has helped Victoria grow as a state

  • @yourgasm

then we can also add federation square, citylink, aquarium, etihad stadium in turn starting the docklands project

  • @yourgasm Actually alot of those things were ticked off by the kirner government, kennett just saw the contracts through, but i guess if you did your research like you think you do you would know that, oh wait the labor party dont know to get things moving in this state, metcard train ticket system, the idea of docklands (the john cain government thought of it) rod laver arena are all things you can add to the list as well, labor get things done, the libs sit back and let them happen.

  • The Libs through the funds necessary to built the contracts and hence did not sit back & saw things happen as Jeff worked constructively wth the Federal govt to start the reform process. And thats considering we were left with 1 big deficit.

  • Labor's waste & mismanagement is the reason why we now in this mess. Thank you Labor for your poor handling of public transport. We have seen improvements in the last 11 mths thank God. We now have more PSOs on trains and is now increasing more & more. They stripped the solar buy back thank God! 1 of the main reasons for high energy bills. Annual energy rebate

  • Labor had 10 yrs to maintain our energy industry, they did nothing and thx to Labor we now have supply issues as we are now unable to match the demands of the public.

  • Ever since Brumby took over, energy prices have skyrocketed to record levels of 40%. And most of this is bc of his phony green mantra policies. As it is too expensive to maintain solar & so called wind farms, the prices are then past onto the customers to then pay for it. Yeah well done Labor

  • Check this out, the report was just released by the Vic Government about the Smart Meters, it has found it will benefit Victorian's by over $780 million, $780 million better off! and the Liberal Government has said publicly that we should install Smart Meters ASAP and that they are good!

  • The Victorian Liberal Government is pushing to cut 1758 full time Registered Nurse jobs, cut 8 hour shifts into unlimited broken shifts of 3-4 hours, cut our right to receive overtime for working double shifts or night duty, cut ratios resulting in the potential one nurse being responsible for up to 10 patients and is replacing nurses with unqualified workers to save $105 million in 2 years (Just came in from a report) !!!

  • And yet according to Federal Reports come time ago, Liberal in the 1950, 60's and 70's were the worst rated and performed Government in Australian History, while Labor inbeween 2000 and 2010 was rated as the best Government in Australian History!

Look at the facts you fucking dickhead!

  • Nope you look at the facts. History has confirmed the Kennett Revolution is what generated the highest growth for Vict. All labor had to do through the 2000s was just sit on their backsides and do nothing. Even a monkey could've ran things. Facts are fact you fucking moron. Douchebag!

  • @yourgasm Privatised railways are a disaster. There interest is profit and reducing government investment and not the public interest, they are unaccountable, they do not reduce costs and increase the cost of fares, and they have a reputation for poor service and lateness. It is true Labor did little for public transport- improving privatised public transport is near impossible when the day to day management of transport is the responsibility of a private corporation.

  • @patrickwright1 Not necessarily. See Hong Kong & Japan. Both of these countries have privatised their railway & public transport system and are listed on their stock exchange. And the performance of their trains have not dropped. This is due to good planning from their governments

  • I notice you don't say the systems were necessarily improved. In Britain, Victoria and New Zealand, rail and transport privatisation has been disasterous pursuit of an ideological goal rather than a pursuit of the public interest. If privatisation has to occur, it should have a clearly defined benefit. Rather than allow for competing services, companies get a monopoly over their route or line, and if there is no real competition-why privatise? Why trust a for profit to do the gov'ts job?

  • @yourgasm hows electricity prices going for you champ? kennett privatised that, did the same with the trains as well, Took money out of public school funding and spent more on private schools, than decided to spend money on 1 of the biggest eye sores in melbourne... federation square, last time i checked melbourne had many entertainment precincts at the time he just wanted to put his stamp on melbourne, he was all show and no substance.

  • Energy prices are going up thx to labor's green mantra policies that are jacking up our costs. Thanks to expensive wind & solar farms. Kennet made the cuts due to the deficit that he was left with. Aggressive as they were, state debt dropped and were on our way again. Fed Square,Crown all gave massive tourism attraction & revenue.

  • @yourgasm it is this denial of the actual truth that represents every conservative voter in this country, everything you have said hasnt supported any of your arguements.

  • Umm no it is actual truth that I have spoken. The high energy prices, green mantras etc.

  • No beds were closed under the last Labor Government! and now Victoria has seen the largest closure in the history of Victoria, Liberal promised a pay rise for Police, Doctors, Nurses, and teachers yet none have received a single increase, they promised it for months ago, now they say there not going to do it, they said no payrise will be implemented in the first term.

  • @AussieVoda

    phillip island hospital??

  • Your fucking lying faggot, the smart meters wont have to be replaced!

  • @AussieVoda You my friend are a l ying wanker with no knowledge about smart meters. I know more than you about the industry than you would ever know. Smart Meters will be replaced after an audit was done and the lovely miscalculations they have given ppl. Typical labortard, posting this message and not replying to my post. No wait that pretty much sums Labor, lying & wasteful spenders

  • Yep, Liberal are putting people's lives at risk, they are not providing Police, Nurses of Doctors a pay rise they deserve, and Liberal took away ratios and yet from January 2011, transport prices will go up 8.6% under this wasteful incompetent Liberal Government!

  • @AussieVoda No evidence of this. Labor had this in their relic to increase transport fares anyways. Typical let's leave it up to the competent economic managers to clean up the mess

  • @AussieVoda Lie, police have now enjoyed an increase in their pay. Blatant lie. All the others will be addressed as always.

  • VICTORIA'S smart meters will need to be replaced in just over a decade and are incompatible with the $36 billion National Broadband Network.

In an estimated $250 million blow to consumers, the state's electricity distributors are using advanced wireless technology - not broadband - to bring the smart meters to life.

And the distributors confirm the meters have a lifespan of just 15 years, which means Victorians will begin paying for replacements from 2024.

  • SMART electricity meters are sometimes being installed without consent and against the wishes of property owners, sparking a surge in consumer complaints and, in extreme cases, attacks on electrical contractors

  • VICTORIA'S energy regulator has conceded smart meter contractors might lack required skills and is reviewing the qualifications of workers rolling out the $2 billion scheme. Another example of Labor's waste & mismanagement

  • Hypocrisy of Daniel Andrews (Labor scum). Bed closures. 2007: No need for these beds to be closed. Now, 2011: Any distruptions will be on David & Ted's heads.

  • The revenue generated by the Liberals have allowed Labor to take in more & more money for the 2000s to fund the projects. But what did labor do in the end? Flush the $ down the drain just like the Gillard govt. Howard/Costello leave us with a $20 billion surplus they flush it & leave us with $150 billion deficit

  • @yourgasm name 1 reform john howard and peter costello installed into society during those 10 glorious years of freeloading off the back of keating and bob hawke that was of benefit to australia in the future? The GST?, yeah that is and was a great reform... tax cuts? well were not spending any money because we dont need to so lets just give people money to make them happy and shut them up for a while, it used to happen around election time as well, funny that. Workchoices?, need i say more?.

  • GST, APPRA, waterfront reform, work for the dole. And when he was treasurer 'introduction of the tender system for the sale of Treasury notes in 1979, and Treasury bonds in 1982'. Was considered the 2nd most important reform. As far as the Labor reforms were concerned, this was something Howard was proposing well before Hawke/Keating came in. A broadbased tax system, financial reform, abolishing compulsory trade unionism.

  • Labor did nothing to our convention except build it then couldn't handle our finances and left it lying there. The Liberals on the other hand in 90s, saved our finances, which set the wheels in motion.

  • Another schedule price increase in energy prices but not a massive increase that we saw for the last 2 yrs under Labor. Why? Bc Ted has the solar feed in tariff (1 of the main contributions to price increases).

  • When Labor was in Government, they funded to upgrade equipment Police use, such as the new Semi-Automatic Firearms, Bullet Proof Vest which are more powerful and lighter, including upgrading Police cars with Computer systems, digital radio systems (encrypted to prevent Criminals and anyone from listening to Police actions using scanners) and much more while overall crime in Victoria under Labor decreased massively.

  • @AussieVoda Urban myth, crime rates increased under Labor & decreased Liberals. Thank you Ted. Over the last year, crime has dropped. Labor on the other hand wasted all our $ by doing nothing.

  • According to this year’s Crime Statistics in Melbourne, it has found crime such as assault has increased by 6%.

At the last Victorian State Election, the Liberal-National Party promised to cut crime yet crime is the highest in more than 7 years and it has only taken 1 year for Liberal to let this happen!

  • @AussieVoda Urban myth. Crime has actually dropped with an increase of protective officers on trains with new police station upgrades, extra funding toward Neighbourhood Watch ($550 million).

  • @yourgasm

What a fucking loser, not one Protective Services Officer has been employed, not 1!

And not one Police Station has been built or upgraded under this Liberal incompetent Government!

  • You are a loser jealous that your beloved Labor got thrown out bc Labor did nothing with the PSO. Liberals have funded & is now on target to reach 93. And heaps more are being funded. More police stations are built & are coming. Thank you Ted. Liberals 50, Labor - 60

  • @AussieVoda they have only been in for 1 year, labor was in for more than 10 years and could not bring down crime levels, give this government a break

  • @111cunt

My bad, i forgot, cutting $500 million from health and its ratios is good, right? its good to sack people? and what about the $500 million to the health system.

  • @AussieVoda John Howard did remove public sector jobs and guess what, in the end unemployment was at 4.1%, the lowest in 23 yrs & thats after paying off Labor's debt! So quite frankly, when the Liberals will be saving us from the waste & mismanagement of the labor yrs. Plus another false evidence to suggest $500 million taken away from the health services just like the false claim that our energy bills going down by 20%. Health spending has remained steadily

  • @yourgasm yeah unemployment was at 4.1%, you do realise that working 5 hrs a week is considered employed? how many people were in that category? john howards belief in industrial relations was for people to work less and get paid less. The biggest load of crap bringing out the unemployment figures from that era as it doesnt tell the whole truth. "Waste and mismanagement of the labor yrs" from the liberal bleaters always makes me laugh

  • Umm no, statistics showed that unemployment with a large majority of them were enjoying full time job growth. John Howard did not believe in working less. It was a freer labour market for smaller businesses. So no it was not full of crap,it was real facts that represent that the Labour workplace for smaller businesses benefitted greatly. It allowed small businesses compete with the larger.

  • @yourgasm in other words waste and mismanagement is code for... putting reforms in place for australia's future, something the liberal party know nothing about and never will.

  • See the Kennett revolution that actually set the Bracks govt up throughout the 2000s.

  • @111cunt

Crime levels were reduced massively under Labor! its only in the past 12 months that crime levels have gone up! take a look!!!

  • @111cunt funny thing is 10 yrs & they did nothing

  • @AussieVoda Yeah and thats only bc Labor had 10 yrs to do this. Just like Brumby, crime rates were ridiculously high that was left behind for Ted to clean up. What a joke Brumby is.

  • @yourgasm liberal party spokesman i take it, the problem i have with ted is he thinks he can fix everything, the violence on the streets is a problem he cant fix, PSO officers are a waste of money and resources, educating the parents and the kids is the long term solution, it isnt a quick fix, last time i checked john brumby was going to set up an army style discpline camp for unruly kids, how is this not a decent idea compared to the "throw them all in jail" solution?,

  • Did anybody hear about the smart meters? They are likely to only last up until 2024 bc they will be worn out by then followed by the fact that they are not compatable with broadband. Thank Labor for your incompetent waste & mismanagement further highlighting how pathetic they are running things.

  • Thank you Jeff was ever becoming premier. You really made Victoria what it is today

  • Who was responsible in getting the 2006 Commonwealth Games to Vict? Jeff Kennett!

  • I meant to say restore, not store.

But in short, Labor change the law so people can access and read all Vic Government contracts and they also changed the law so people could access freedom of information documents, i remember when the act amendment was passed!!! shit can i tell you all about that!!!

  • I remember in 2000, Labor Premier promised to store accountability and openness with Government reports, contracts etc, in late 2000, Labor commissioned a report into contracts from 1992-1999 and found many things the public had no idea about.

and a short time later, Labor premier Steve Bracks introduced a new website: contracts.vic.gov.au, it outlines every Vic Government contract from 1992 - 2010.

And at the same time, freedom of information documents became available by law!

  • @AussieVoda Lie, no evidence of this whatsoever. We all saw how dodgy the Labor govt was during the 2010 election.

  • melbkid098, the Liberal employee, he is trying to convince people of that, yet facts show that State debt has gone down.

And you know something, debt is not an issue, if state debt was 60 billion now, it wouldn't be an issue, you think world class cities have no debt, its debt that makes a world class city, otherwise they could not afford the things they have, like the $1 world class cancer centre, funded by Labor! and the Royal Childrens Hospital which is on time and on budget, in fact under!

  • @AussieVoda Nope Labor did not fund anything, all they did was do nothing & as a result we are now in trouble. Thanks to Labor our standard of living has dropped

  • Those Liberal dickheads below are the exact same person, and yet Liberal employees!

It is a clear fact that Victoria is in less debt in 2011 than it was in 2000, had a look at budget information documents obtained by the Federal Government, these documents were also present in the Federal Court in Melbourne when Ted Baillieu was charged for breaching federal law, it was about accepting payments and such, illegally, in which the Federal Government was investigating!

  • @AussieVoda

was investigating??yehh what were the result huh?? found nothing? if you want to talk about investigations how about the nsw-like scandal now in canberra.....craig thomson

since brumby took over from bracks state debt has continued to increase with no concern from government until the liberal party pointed it out as an issue. state debt today is higher than what the liberal party left in 1999

  • @melbkid08 its the usual political cycle-labor comes in spends big, becomes popular with the public until it goes too far and people realise its the same buy your vote labor and then vote in a liberal government to fix up the labor mess and then usually get voted out for bringing voters back to reality

  • @AussieVoda Vict was in higher debt under a Labor govt. All Labor did was benefit from the Liberals in the 90s. We were moving under a Liberal govt & slowed under a Labor govt under 10 yrs of wasted opportunity

  • Ha... I came here looking for turd to polish and found pure diarrhea .. AussieVoda you make no point yet to bash a new govt?. Cliched. yes. Poor loser. yes. No life. for sure. hmmm what a voice for the trodden...

  • @Adirtybird

How about you shut the fuck up you liberal cock head, or i'll come there and fucking do it for you wanker.

Stop opening fake youtube accounts to make it look like more people, you are the same wanker as that walkabout09 and melbkid08, fucking wanker!

  • @AussieVoda Bahahaha a bit rattled now. And truth hurts about the facts of your incompetent Labor? Yeah thought so. They ruined everything

  • @AussieVoda

oh shut up you cowardly twat. whats itn with you and threatening everyone you gutless wonder. Go hug a tiger

  • As proven in state papers of Victoria including federal summary, Victoria is in less debt in 2010 than it was in 2000 however according to estimates, Victoria's debt will grow over the next 4 years much larger then it would have under Labor, according to a recent report, also the promises etc, in which Liberal has over promised and under-delivered.

More dithering from Ted Baillieu and Liberal! failing more than 100 promises! i can start listing them now??????

  • @AussieVoda

i cant believe the nerve in you to post so much incorrect crap..

  • ‎"A Liberal Party fund-raising group with which Premier Ted Baillieu has been involved breached federal electoral laws by failing to declare tens of thousands of dollars in donations to candidates in the lead-up to last year's state election."

  • No evidence of this whatsoever. This coming from the left wing media The Age.

  • @AussieVoda who cares

  • And Victoria does not have a deficit of any kind under the last Labor Government! Labor 2000 - 2010 kept the surplus over 300 million all the time with it going up to $1.8 billion while Liberal are going to have a surplus of around $40 million according to projections, Labor managed Victoria and yet debt was getting even lower under Labor, they are facts!, debt was not going up under Labor! Victoria has less debt in 2010 then what it had in 2000!

  • @AussieVoda

LOL you are kidding yourself.... Victoria has less debt in 2010 then what it had in 2000?-WHAT A JOKE

  • @AussieVoda Urban Myth, it was the Liberal govt set our state up for a higher surplus than ever under

  • How are people meant to catch a tram if they are a visitor, no Short Term ticket, which means they are forced to have a Myki card so, they are forced to pay $10 for a Myki card, and without machines on trams, people will be unable to top up there cards or anything!

  • @AussieVoda Myki card is the result of the phony Labor govt under Brumby. The do nothing premier

  • The first report was done in Feb about Myki and yet all Liberal did was request another report at the cost of tax payers and he is keeping Myki but removing Short term tickets and Myki machines off trams, now fair evasion is going to go up so much, that happened when Liberal got rid of Tram Conductors, when Liberal got rid of tram conductors in the 1990's, no report was done and it now cost more then what it was to employ the conductors

  • @AussieVoda Thats bc Labor messed everything up,as a result Myki will need to be kept. This your govt's fault for destroying Vict. First it was smart meters with miscalculations on ppls bills charging them higher than ever bills. A shop owner now having to pay $300 extra on her bill thx to Brumby.

  • @AussieVoda Lie, Labor's govt left us in substantial debt hence left Kennett with no other choice to make drastic cuts just to pay off the debt. Under Kennett: Southbank, Federation Sq,Crown Casino, Melb Museum,Melb convention & exhibition centre, expansion of our National Gallery,Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre,F 1 Grand Prix, redevlopment of Docklands,City Link,Sale of Totalisator Agency Board which raised $609 million. All of which generated revenue for our state.

  • @yourgasm

What a lying dickhead! Docklands was started by Labor in the late 80's! and the Convention Centre was done by Labor and the Grand Prix is a waste of money and does not make Victoria a cent, even Liberal want it gone now, they admitted they fucked up with it! and you know another thing that makes money, cutting jobs and that's what Liberal has done! already Jobs have been cut in the health sector and there ratios, even Police have had cut jobs!

  • @AussieVoda No you are an absolute liar. Your govt did nothing to Docklands which was left in a mess. Kennett set the wheels in motion for Docklands with its projects. Grand Prix a waste? LOL! The Grand Prix increased our real gross state product and generated hundreds of full time jobs. Trust a labortard like yourself to not count the figures properly. Its always Liberals who clean up the mess of Labor.

  • 1 more thing, Melbourne Convention Centre was started by Jeff Kennet which is why it was nicknamed Jeff's Shed. This cost $130 million. Look it up and cry. Oh I know truth hurts, Under Liberals our finance has been maintained and looked after whilst under Labor our finances are now in a mess thanks to Brumby leaving the Liberals now to clean it all up. Funding the black holes in Labor's major capital works including an IT system for the Royal Childrens hospital!

  • @yourgasm

For starters, It is the Exhibition Centre that Liberal built, and it was called Jeffs shed because Jeff Kennett was on the bored at the time and in fact a report uncovered a coverup, he requested its name! fucking facts dickhead!

  • @yourgasm

I remember studying the facts of the 1950's, 60's and 70's, Liberal gave Victoria the largest single Government debt in Australia and mismanaged everything! the CityLook was heaps over budget and no other projects could be funded because of that!

  • No evidence about this. The coal farm that was built under the Bolte govt is what is generated majority of our energy. Then when the Cain govt came in, left us with the biggest debt in record history.

  • @yourgasm

You are a dickhead, nothing in there is a black hole wanker, it was a promise to install these IT systems by Labor, so just because Labor promised it but not Liberal you call it a black hole, what a fucking dickhead!

  • Dickhead, truthb hurts doesn't it. Black hole loud & clear made & generated by Labor. Labor couldn't even install the IT systems cos they couldn't even execute it properly! Moron

  • @yourgasm

By the way, Labor funded the Royal Children's Hospital well! it was under budget by $73 million and on time, and is rated as the most advanced hospital building in the world.

  • @yourgasm

Are you some 14 year old dickhead? because from day 1, the Grand Prix did not bring in a single profit! it cost the Government more than it brings in, fact!

  • Maybe I should you ask that. No wait you are a Whitlam supporter. Afterall labor can't manage our finances. The grand prix 2011 Grand Prix increased Victoria’s real gross state product (GSP) by between $32.04 million and $39.34 million and generated between 351 and 411 full-time equivalent jobs. Moron

  • @yourgasm

You call me a fucking lyar cunt and i will come after you! trust me, i am not a Labor member nor have i ever lied in my life! you fucking dog!

  • You coming after me? I'll slit your throat before you even make it past the bus stop child. YOu are a liar, typical hypocrite who can't hack it that their govt did nothing for the 10 yrs who wasted billions of $ on nothing. As a result utilities have skyrocketed, our state can't meet the energy demands. Dumb lying dog. Wait thats the best way to sum up the ALP, lying filthy scum. Scum of this state.

  • Btw,the police force have now enjoyed in their wages followed by lower crime compared to when it was under Labor. Under Labor we had the highest crime ever with racially attacks on Indian students.

  • @yourgasm

The records even show crime has increased this year then last year, which is a 6% increase, under Labor, Victoria recorded the lowest crime rate in Australian History (Source: ABS).

  • Dickhead, liar scumbag (yeah come after me if you dare, I'm shaking in my boots). There was a small period where crime was extremly low then escalated to record levels under Brumby. The Vic Police file shows a 2.4% decrease in crime compared to the previous yrs which was under none other than Brumby!

  • Ted Baillieu is yet again, dithering and more dithering, already broken heaps of promises, including making Vic Police the highest paid in Australia, as well as medical staff, what about teaches, same deal, nothing in then budget, not to mention Ted Baillieu clear stated a few months ago he is not going to put though a study on it, all he has done is put through a study for another 10 study's, look at Myki, it' staying and yet he had no intention to get rid of it and how long did it take him

  • @AussieVoda As oppose to the Labor govt who did nothing. Under Ted we have an annual elect & gas rebate which means none of this winter only concession rebate. Slashing the solar feed in tariff so that our bills won't skyrocket (thanks to Bracks & Brumby). A new water dam will be built unlike Labor who is too busy building a desalination plant which is so expensive & hence the rise in our water bills despite Vict's using less water than they ever did 6 yrs ago.

  • walkabout09, melbkid08 and yourgasm are the same person and work for Liberal, it's not hard for anyone to notice that! not to mention it's on facebook, the person in fact was placed on facebook, you should see the comments, Liberal lie to win Government and yet the Victorian people even rated Labor 2000 - 2010 as best in Australia while eight other reports rated Vic Labor as the best Government overall in Australian History!

  • @AussieVoda Vict labor govt 2000-2010 voted worse govt ever. Smart Meters, Myki, HIGHER than average spikes on ppls bills. Stupid green policies such as solar feed in tariffs. Whilst Liberals, nuclear energy which results in lower bills. (See France, US with 10c kwh for their standard elect tariffs. As compared to Vict 20c)!

  • According to Budget information, debt is forecast to go up over the next 4 years then under Labor while debt will go up by more than $4 billion (ABS, State reports)

  • @AussieVoda Debt forcast is the result of Labor's phony plans & policies which is now making it harder and harder for the incoming govt

  • LOL "AussieVoda" / shano-dudette ..welcome back old friend ;)

  • Liberal has already announced they are cutting $500 million from Health, according to budget information document obtained by the Ted Network.

  • @AussieVoda Typical Labortard response when they haven't even looked at the socialist budget delivered by the Gillard so for what Ted has done, hes done a wonderful job under the circumstances. P.S. Enjoy another 30% increase on your energy costs in the new yr thanks to this Carbon Tax

  • Liberal under Ted Baillieu, it's almost the same as the 90's, so far they have announced they will cut $500 million from health and get, they are doing nothing but, dithing, and no action, Liberal said they would buy 7 new trains yet Labor were going to buy 110 Next Generation Trains, Liberal see Melbourne as a suburban train network while Labor see it as a massive metro system like rapid network.

  • @AussieVoda Cuts of this magnitude were only proposed in the event that the Gillard Government declined to reverse unjustified $2.5 billion cut to Victoria’s GST revenue. It defies logic that Gillard would proceed with the $500 million cut in Victoria’s revenue each year while the flawed formula itself is being reviewed.

  • @BrounClan

Are you really believing what Liberal said, the last budget in fact did not account for a lose in GST as Liberal even stated and no, it has nothing to do with why Liberal made a cut to Health, Liberal have already planned a major cut of up to $5.7 billion over the next 4 years in Health, Education, Medical Cancer Projects etc

  • @AussieVoda I'm not quoting the Liberals ... I'm quoting Labor and the Prime Minister's own words.

  • @BrounClan

Not once had Federal nor State Labor mentioned publicly about GST funding cuts! Liberal however mentioned it many times, in fact heaps of times, their was a report stating they needed to review it however no funding was removed in Victoria's last budget according to Federal Documents, you may also know that no Prime Minister publicly state it anyway, otherwise they know the people of Victoria would vote them out!

  • @AussieVoda Umm everyone knows that the federal budget was nothing more but a socialist budget aimed to distribute the wealth & the GST. Everyone knows the massive cuts being made to ensure Vict gets no federal funding for roads, Health & Transport. It is clearly evident followed by the phony CT which of course is facing the biggest backlash. I can't wait to see this commie Juliar voted out. Bracks/Brumby yrs the most responsible? LOL! Nxt you'll be told that there was no deaths under Mao!

  • @yourgasm LOL ... or Stalin (pin up boy of the left).

  • @AussieVoda

    still making lies myvistahosting

were still cleaning up labors mess

  • @melbkid08

Is that why Labor had placed the information on there website, including the Labor premiers site, the site of the Department of Transport and even in a document (PDF Format), 'melbkid08' works for Liberal and therefore all voters know never to believe someone who works for a party, as for me, i have never worked for Labor, the Greens or Liberal but i know Liberal always cut funding and look after business while Labor looks after working families.

  • @AussieVoda

still making up crap......haha "working families" something the labor party has forgot

  • @AussieVoda Urban myth no proof of this whatsoever. Under the Liberal govt, a public transport authority which in turn has seen a big improvement on ontime arrivals dramatically. Although a long way to go but still an improvement. No cuts to health,$13 billion in funding for health service delivery. Protected our health system to ensure no clawback of our GST from phony fed Labor. Labor the kings of waste of mismanagement. Liberals create the boom & surplus,Labor flushes it away.

  • @yourgasm

$13 billion is the standard to run the health system, last year it was more! Liberal have cut more than $500 million from health including health jobs and they have cut ratios.

  • $13 billion bc Labor was blew the $,gave us a black hole and yet Liberals can't still deliver us $13 billion. What an achievement!

  • @AussieVoda Wrong again like the great revolution of the 90s made Vict what it is today. Cuts to our solar buy backs, a hold back on our smart meters after the constant miscalculations of ppls energy bills which btw will need replacing in 2024. Also is causing substantial problems with ppls internet connection bc it is not compatable. No evidence to show Labor would buy any new trains. Even if they did shows their ignorance after they screwed our public transport over

  • @yourgasm

No report or anything has said the Smart Meters only last for an amount of such time! nothing anywhere! you are some dickhead, trying to make up crap, just like your friend a few month ago, trying to say the Royal Children's Hospital is over budget and even Ted hates talking about that project because there is nothing at all bad about it!

  • @AussieVoda Yes there are clear evidence with massive complaints dickhead. Uneducated fool. Put a gun to your head & pull the trigger. Smart meters will last to 2024 cos Labor can't implement it properly. Waste. Royal Children's hospital shows Ted's dedication when he provided IT to help out. Well done Ted. Labor on the other hand did nothing

  • @yourgasm

You are a fucking wanker! Labor funded for every single one of those new Velocity V/Line Carriages for regional Victoria, and it was Labor that funded more than 170 new metro trains while an order of 38 was placed in 2009, still being rolled out, and it was Labor that order those 50 extra low floor trams in 2010 and it was Labor that ordered 3000 extra low floor buses!

  • @AussieVoda Urban myth. These were funded by Liberals. When Labor was in power, trains oh yes Connex were 1 of the most incompetent services out there. No extra floor trams as you so called claim. Liberals have installed the transport authority to help with our transport. No evidence to show Labor did any of this, infact they neglected our services. Once again Libearls 20, Labor -10

  • @yourgasm

It was Labor that put together the transport plan while it was Liberal that cut the transport plan completely!

Not one improvement is because of Liberal! its because of Labor, Labor contracted Metro and Labor contract the upgrades replacing track sleepers, Labor funded more than 10 new train stations, it was Labor that built every single tram platform stop in Melbourne, and it was Labor who extended the Broadmeadows line to Craigieburn, and the Epping to South Morang Line and...

  • @yourgasm

It was Labor who funded the Epping to South Morang Line extension and the Watergardens to Sunbury extension and it was Labor who completed the Melbourne Bike Share program and it was Labor who funded duplicated tracks around the network!

  • @yourgasm

Improvements now are only happening because of Labors plans in 2008 and 2010!

Duplicated track on Epping line, and new extension = Labor

Duplicated track on Hurstbridge Line = Labor

All new time tables were created by Labor and set in motion while Liberal did not request any changes to the timetable motion it was in.

The above duplicated track made improvements and the order of new trains, trams and buses by Labor also made improvements!

  • @yourgasm

And it was Labor who created the Docklands Authority, in 1990, a plan was created at that time.

  • @yourgasm

Labor also promised to order an extra 100 low floor trams while Liberal did not promise any and yet Melbourne needs at least 400 extra low floor trams apart from the current Labor order of 50.

  • @yourgasm

You know our Melbourne page, it has been going up ever since we have been posting information about what Liberal is really doing!

  • Thank God that douche John Brumby is removed. Labor in Vict is by the far the worse govt ever! Jeff Kennett liberated Victorians from pain & misery

  • @yourgasm

The worst rated Government in Australian History was under Liberal in the 1960's and 70's, and Liberal in the 1990's were in fact rated worse than Labor in the 1980's, Labor did good in the 1980's, the only thing that went wrong, was bad debt and you know a fact, it wasn't because of Victorian Labor, it was because of the Federal Government at the time, they ran up debt with the state bank which was funded by Victoria.

  • @AussieVoda Nope the worse govt in history is none other than the Brumby govt & that was labor. Smart meters,Myki, desalination plant followed by their stupid green policies which now jacks up ppls energy prices. Thank God Brumby was thrown out, justice at last

  • @yourgasm And not happy at the high wages and exorbitant perks, days off, allowances and other entitlements, the CFMEU mount an illegal strike defying Fair Work Australia and costing a trifling blowout of $5million per day. I wish this plant had been mothballed. Also, it seems that it will cost us more to get rid of MYKI than to keep it operational. At some stage these abysmal Labor projects pass the point of no return and become far too expensive to cancel.

  • @yourgasm

It was proven that Labor in Victoria between 2000 and 2010 have been the most Advanced, Reasonable and Responsible Government, it's a fact, coming from 4 international reports along with national reports, it was Liberal in the 1960's and 70's who were rated as the worst Government in Australian History, even according to many surveys! and Liberal in the 1990's were just after the worst of the 1960's and 70's!

  • @AussieVoda Labor was only able to deliver a surplus & then waste it all for 10 yrs was bc of the Kennet yrs retard. Evidence, including reports all clearly showing this that Kennet set things up for the incoming govt through his negotiation wth fed Labor to build the revenue up. Look it up & cry. Then all Labor did when they came in was just cont on wth what Kennett did. The only reports that you get are typical Labor leaning reports so of course they are going to praise the Labor yrs

  • @AussieVoda Under the Libs under Bolte we had increase production in coal power production which btw supplies most of the power to Victorians. Another major development which resulted him being the longest serving premier. Whilst under Rupert Hamer a diff approach wth improvements to our environment, anti discrimination laws passed. These reforms was regarded as 1 of the best & reforming yrs in Labor history before Kennet took over of course. The Bracks yrs were the biggets do nothing yrs ever

  • @yourgasm

Coal is the cheapest way to get power and lets off more emissions than any other way, and that is not an investment! an investment is investing in something like solar which is better, and bolte was one of the worst Government's ever! who thinks it's right for a Premier to order the death of a person? he did, Henry Bolte Ordered a prisoner to be hanged!

And not one document i have read was from Labor, they are collected under Freedom of Information and State reports

  • @AussieVoda At the time this was the best investment due to Australia's largest natural resources such as coal which is cheap. This is an investment for its time bc energy prices didn't sky rocket like they did under Labor! Bolte was 1 of the reasons why Vict grew & developed bc of his development plans. Solar?LMAO! Solar is the reasons why we have such as high bills. Unreliable just like wind farms. Nuclear is the best way to go

  • As far as Ronald Ryan is concerned, this man was partially responsible for the death of the George Hodson? Ronald Ryan's escape endangered many civilians. Not that I truly supported the death penalty but Ronald did ask for it.

As far as the so called mythical document, bahaha, yeah right the biased document that favors the ALP only. All thesis that you read have clearly stated the importance of the Kennett yrs of how much the state benefitted. State debt was cut,Vict on the move

  • @yourgasm

John Brumby in 2008 was given the highest marks for he's role as Premier, in fact, John Brumby used to work an extra two to three hours per day without pay to fast track job creation, development etc, and Ted Baillieu, do you really wanna know what he does in the office? i can assure you he doesn't fast track anything, well he is conservative while Labor isn't.

  • @yourgasm

Myki is a great project and is needed and is staying! Myki is integrated into the whole state such as Metro trains, trams, buses and V/Line and Regional Buses while metcard was more expensive and did less.

Myki is the world's largest Smart Card ticketing system while being the world's third largest IT project.

And, Myki did not have as many issues as the Media stated but i forgot, dickheads like you listen to Liberal who spent last year as always bad mouthing Labor over crap...

  • @yourgasm

You have no idea what happened to Myki, being the third largest IT project in the world, there are two types of contracts, one where the Government pay the normal rate wheres if the project is over budget then the Government is forced to pay it however if the Government choose the other one, then the Government would have to pay more no matter what and the if the project is over budget, the company pays any other amount, so the first would was still cheaper

  • @AussieVoda Myki implementation, see my post on smart meters. Poor implementation & yet the myki completely stuffed up & wasted more & more of of taxpayers $ proving once again labor inability to save $. Waste & mismanagement from Labor, which is no surprise. Dumb Labortard. The only high marks that anyone who gave him any marks were left wing media but the Vict weren't dumb enough to fall for that. Working an extra 2 hrs??? LMAO!!

  • @yourgasm

So as i was saying, if Labor had picked the option where the developer paid any extra cost then it would have cost the Government a much larger project cost so in fact, Labor had saved heaps of money, these two types of contract are what are available on every single Government project, state and federal but i wouldn't believe Liberal!

  • @yourgasm

And as for Smart Metre, they are in fact great! most countries are heading to Smart Metres and some already, in fact most, do you really think Melb is going to stay with Paper tickets and old metres for the next 100 years? Smart Metres need to be programed in which is the error as they need to be adjusted accordingly however When Smart Metres are fully rolled out, it will save people money, i can't be bothered explaining here as i can only type 400 and something words at a time.

  • @AussieVoda Nope typica Labortard response. The implementation was an embarassment with poor miscalculation of ppls bills. Ppl who had never paid such high bills before or originally had low bills resulted in ridiculous amounts. This further shows & proves Labor's mismanagement & inability to deliver which is why the Libs are actually doing something about it wth an audit til all smart meters are actually working before everyone has them.

  • @yourgasm Following on from this Labor's green policies will also further add onto the high elect bills. Btw,ever notice how this yr your elect rates only went up by 10% as opposed to 27% the previous yr? Yeah wind farms are so great. Pfft.

  • @yourgasm

And you know another thing, Labor between 2000 - 2010 was rated as the best Government in Australia, they left Victoria in a better shape! in the 80's, they brang in gaming machines, and Labor: 2000 - 2010, introduced heaps of reforms, they got Docklands underway, upgraded VicPolice with the best in Firearms, Bullet Proof Vest, Cars, and Helicopters, and Victoria remained in surplus between 2000 - 2010 and debt did not go up!

These are facts, many of which you iqnore.

  • @AussieVoda Wrong. Bracks & scumbag Brumby only benefitted from the bold moves by the Liberals in the 90s to get our state moving again with fed sq,grand prix, crown casino. By the time Labor came in all was set up for them & they only benefitted from Kennett who had to inherit a pile of mess from that socialist whote Kirner. Thx to Labor we have high water bills, high elect costs wth their phony green mantras of the 2000s.

  • @AussieVoda

the underlying budget stance for victoria is a $2billion deficit under the last years of brumby

  • Good to see the money sucking Labor party out. Now those union money leeching pigs will have to work hard for a honest days wage, which will mean no more project blowouts.

  • CONTRATULATIONS TO ALL VICTORIANS THAT HAVE REMOVED THE AUTHORITY OF THE labor GOVERNMENT AND MOST LIKELY HAVE PUT IT INTO THE HAND OF A COMPITANT GOVERNMENT!!

  • This is a message to the user that is marking things against the stupid brumby government as spam

everyone DO NOT become friends with 'Melbourne Australia' on facebook; the creator who has posted on this wall before and still may is covering up the page 'Melbourne Australia' to send propaganda messages to the public

  • @walkabout09

and talk about a rip off of gillards slogan "moving foward".......both couldnt look to the past for any good news

  • It is everyones chance this November 27 to participate in the great demoacratic system we are a part of. It is YOUR chance to VOTE A BAD GOVERNMENT OUT

  • @melbkid08 ....oh yes and we did!

What puts a bigger smile on my dial, is the greens are so pissed off and feel like real losers!

  • @MRMILO57
