Joseph was the husband of Mary as stated by the Bible and not tradition (Mat 1:20). Joseph is the earthly father of Jesus so Jesus inherits fully as Jospeh's firstborn Son in HIs marriage. Actually, the active participant, the one committing an action, is the Holy Spirit. The flock did not purchase the church. Also, "Church of Christ" does not even appear in the Bible. The phrase "Church of God" refers to the church and in this case, you are separating this phrase to fit your interpretation. The active participant in this text is the Holy Spirit.

I suggest you read 2 Corinthians 3 and focus upon verse 17. The chapter clearly talks about Christ.

And Mr. Lamsa is not God. Lamsa actually belonged to a church which accepted the Nicean Creed. Given the fact that the Trinity is a pagan doctrine and that Nicene acceptance is strictly accompanied by belief in the Trinity, you're relying on a very questionable source.

I understand that most translators are Trinitarians; however, Lamsa is one of the few to attack this scripture, one which affirms that there is only one person in the Godhead and that God isn't internally divided.
