They're very tricky to sing (busy chromatic runs to imitate speech, complicated syncopated rhythms at times, and in addition to all that, By The Sea has next to no breath-spaces in it. Just read the sheet music while listening to the songs, and you'll get the idea. (I'll PM you a link to a free PDF of the complete piano/vocal score).

This is good, but it's not the real music. The music in the movie version was bastardized because Tim Burton's all star cast couldn't sing the original parts. This is a part for a bass/baritone, not a tenor.

You have a really good voice but you got off tempo sometimes. You sped up on a some words not actual lines just the words that transferred into the slow parts. If you perform this again, just keep in mind that the slow parts should be even with each other, I mean, try not to lose yourself in the note and forget that the track is playing in the background. The music is just as important as the lyrics.
