The only part where you can hear Krist is after Kurt asks "Are we recording?" when he says, "A little slower!" as they are restarting the song.
Really a good tune. One of the alternative fan names for this tune was Rhythm of the Wheel, but it is just an unknown jam. This is the studio version, I think it was played live only once.
this is horrified, i think they did this on a holland radio station or something. its on one of the outcesticides and im pretty sure it was just a jam at first but its definitely pretty sick.
"25-11-1991" in the VPRO STUDIOS @ HILVERSUM, The Netherlands for a program called "2 meter sessies". Kurt and dave left quickly, when krist left the studios he said "we know when we fuck up" ..
oh yah its the one fro mkarma nad effect right i hate that it and yah it does kidna sound like it i jsut never really payed attention to the name of it
Yah, Misfits is a GREAT band, but most misfits fans arent into Scream. I was just saying people who like those punk rock bands Ive said above already know Scream. I wouldve killed(a fly) to go to a scream concert!!
you be quiet! Scream was very successful. Its one of the best underground punk rock bands Ive ever heard. Scream is one of the most influential punk rock bands from the mid 80
s and early 90's. If you ever watched a punk rock documentary you will ALWAYS see scream. If you like bands like the circle jerks, black flag, dead kennedys, minor threat, MC5, and all those other great punk rock bands than you will CERTAINLY know Scream. Well, cant blame you. Your probaly not into the punk scene.
I believe they played this soing live. I have come across it on You Tube but can't find it just yet. Its a good song with great potential. Kind of a spaced out, druggy feel to it.
really cool, It's cool that theese kind of stuff comes out beacuse just like Eddywanwigins says Nirvanas songs that are "overplayed" is good, no question about it, no, but experimental stuff is what music is about too...Nice that you find stuff like this, thanks
its a shame that there aren't more outtakes from Nevermind.
I remember reading a quote by Kurt a long time ago that they had a bunch of songs that were even better than some of the ones that were on the album but they forgot how to play them.
I assume those songs were sort of jammed out like this and no one really bothered trying to write out the music
I don't think you can really call this song good or bad, because it's not so much a song as a work in progress; what you really look for is potential, and this song has a nice buildup at the start with a really cool guitar sound --- reminds me a lot of the Meat Puppets stuff they played at Unplugged. The chorus seems really embryonic though, and if they'd ever finished it I suspect it would have been a lot different.
tbh i think this song is good cus its different from all the other stuff they did i hate people who only listen to all the songs of thiers that are overplayed and think stuff like this is shit. this song just shows how much creative talent they had . this beats fucking smells like teen spirit any day
no way, this song rocks. It shows how expansive and diverse they were. It's not like they were trying to sell records with this song. So wolv, go listen to Smells like teen spirit over and over if you don't like it.
yhea that sount pretty fukin cool or wierd, they should of made more songs like that.instead of the ones on nevermind.Dont get me wrong..the ones on nevermind are good but...godam butch vig fucked em all up
cool, deep song..damn-how many songs did nirvana make?? its like they have a never ending list of songs..i know theres like a dozen more of songs we never heard before out there..
