McCain Dodges 1st Debate: My Response

I wish YouTube would change the rating system. I don't want to just see what the AVERAGE of the ratings is, that only encourages people to only vote 5 or 1, in order to sway the average as much as possible.

It would be simple to display a very small graph to show the totals of each vote value.

This would mean that there would be a very obvious difference between a video with mostly 3 stars ratings, and one with a strong love/hate split amongst viewers. I'd quite like to see the latter type.

After I saw palin in some of the cbs interviews I was fucking amazed. I didn't know she was so far out of her depth. It's BAD motherfuckers. and I think McCain has a fair chance at winning this year. I don't think McCain would be the end of the world. But this woman.. she has no right getting the job that she may get. If the old fucker somehow dies and this woman steps up. WHO will be running this country? certainly not her! Someone far worse. the one(s) who will be pulling her strings.

Like Pothead, I don't worship the land Obama walks on, but how can you say that adding Palin to the ticket and pulling out of the debate aren't just more of the same old crap? Thats good to here. I think Obama should have waited for four years before running. He may have had a much greater chance at winning. I might have voted for him. You have to look at the best of 2 evils. McCain may not be the best pick, but he's the better of the 2. You have to crawl before you walk.

Why don't you idiots learn something about government and learn what the President does and what congress does. Nope, it isn't Bush's fault. It might be his fault that you had a flat tire, or your dog bit you, or it started to rain, but not this one.

The Senate Banking Committee has and had full responsibility. Take a look at the chairman, Sen. Chris Dodd, and you just might get a clue why we are in this mess. Most of these guys on the Senate Banking Committee should be in jail.

McCain did fairly well at the debates that he did attend. My opinion was that him and Obama were fairly equal but when it came down to "war talk" McCain definitely seemed to know allot more of what he was talking about.

You don't have to be a conspiracy theorist to be worried there. I'm not doing the 'end is nigh' thing, but I'm going to be watching very carefully. The way they've been screwing us for the last couple terms, and even earlier, a military dictatorship doesn't look far-fetched at all to me.

You know I thought the democrats had it in the bag last election, too. The Republicans know how to pick the issues that will bring out the evangelicals and make the election all about boys kissing or abortion, so I don't want to write them off just yet, despite the comical campaign they've been running.
