He doesn't make 100 in a row of those, that is his 6 foot drill, he only tries to make 10 in a row, he has to make 100 in a row on the 3 foot drill, which is the same circle only from 3 feet instead of 6
Both are really good drills and will help your putting tremendously if you do them consistently
Very interesting. It seems that by positioning the ball opposite his front foot, he has reduced the moving parts to one - his front shoulder. It obviously also helps to putt thousands of times in practice! Thanks for the great video.
one of the reasons for that ball position is to create top-spin off the face. putting is 100% personal though. use what works for you and practice, practice, practice
an effective way to practice putting, you'd drill in balls in 2 or less as soon as you're on the green, thus minimizing chances of 3 putts. Something i'll always keep in mind!
