  • You're giving great advice in general, and people that follow it compared to the standard american diet (SAD) will do much better, but I'm not getting your cholesterol/fiber comments. Our paleo ancestors ate meat, fish, tree nuts, some vegetables, berries and fruit. I doubt it was 100 grams of fiber. Fiber tends to block absorption of these minerals you're talking about (look up phytates on pubmed). small dense LDL causes heart disease, and LDL is not a cholesterol.
