Why are these morons stripping a car on the side of a highway, when one stray cop means instant arrest (poss. on a federal rap, if they went out-of-state)? The car they strip at the beginning is a ca. 1952 Kaiser sedan. Must be taking hot-rod parts from it, since those cars, as "orphans", were almost worthless by '61 -- even for repair parts. indeed, the producers prob. bought it as a prop for $200 or less.

I am building a replica of "TV' Tommy Ivo's 1922 Ford T Bucket.

The T Bucket was built in 1957 and was drag raced until hollywood got a hold of this car)

The T Bucket is Tommy Ivo's.

The engine is the Famous Buick Nailhead V8.

This is the very early version of Tommy's T Bucket as he soon installed Hilborn Fuel Injection. You can see it today at The Wally Parks Museum at the Pomona FairPlex.
