I love this swap !! 2jz vs 1jz. ?? They both are very impressive engines , few people have a real understanding on 1 jz engines they were only sold in Japan , where the 2jz 's are friendly ( egr equipped ) and well known , the 1 jz ' s are not legal , just a handful knows about it no egr ,only those who owned one can understand and yesss that sound !!!!!!!!!love it !!!!!!! @Minotauro0729 In response, I would like to add that my JDM 2JZ doesn't have EGR...none of the JDM 2JZ's have EGR. Even if you have a USDM 2JZ, you can buy an EGR block off plate for 20 bucks.

@MrElsalvador13 Well if you follow the market, super clean 2jzgtes are hard to find these days. Im looking at doing this swap myself, especially since Ive done a 1JZ swap a couple years back.

@jxyooj339 yea , and for a bout 4000 cheeper.. a 1jz is a pissed off little brother . revs higher , makes 400 hp for breakfast . and most 2 jz parts fit on this bad boy .. did i say they are only 1200 bucks for engine tranny,ecu,turbos, I say good job mate ! love this thing! B E A U T I F U L L
